However, now with all the drive-through lanes closed, they have a line inside of 10+ people and only one teller who likes to talk and not move customers through the line. I watched many people get annoyed, some in uniforms trying to get to work. unacceptable in my book. Sorry...keep a smile on your face. Be polite. Do your job & serve the customers. No one wants to hear about your shopping trip to Walmart when they've been standing there waiting!

I do not recommend getting a home equity loan from this bank. They can not get their statements to…read morethe customer in time to send the correct payment. The payments vary due to a fluctuating interest rate. We were short $27 because of this and they trashed my credit rating by reporting a delinquency. I had not had a delinquency before. When I contacted them they said it was my fault for not sending the correct amount and refused to remove the delinquency from my report. Our loan will be paid off soon and we will never deal with them again.

She lost two of her best employees this summer and she has brought in some weak new hires who are rude, I would even describe one as toxic. Training is an issue, attitudes are an issue, they still have three good tellers, but frankly i wouldn't be surprised if one or more decided to leave as well, the Wildwood branch is toxic environment right now. . . For me its rough, I love TD Bank, their hours, and locations are great, but I don't like rude people or incompetence, and I vote with my pocket book. I am going to try PNC bank, they have good reviews and a friendly staff. I get there and then they tell me we are closing your account because you have too many bad checks and I said, as far as I know them, checks are legit and legal, but they didn't care. They still close my account and said that I owed them $1397 for what I have no idea I know I did cash some checks but it did not total that amount so they claimed to be America's most convenient bank I would never open a bank account there again and to me they are the most inconvenient Bank in the world
