I also requested we get sent the same person for our biweekly cleaning. The first 2 times it went well. Then our cleaning lady was "sick" and fast forward 3 months we haven't seen her since then. Since then, a different person has shown up every time and I had to go over everything each time. Couple weeks ago, I mentioned to her that our agreement was not holding up. They were "spraying" not "scrubbing" as promised the past 2 cleanings. She requested picture which I sent and she started blaming her employees and telling me that she would terminate them. As a customer, I'm paying for goods/services and don't need to be made aware of what helps behind the scene of the business. We try to be understanding since we're all human and make mistakes but the final straw was when we noticed the door to the playpen broken and how she responded. I mentioned it to her and she responded in exclamation points on how they did not break it and that she will not be responsible for the damage even though no one has touched the gate since they came by to do the cleaning. Her big spill about her business was how they are insured and bonded but unless you have it caught on camera she's not going to replace it and lose a business over something "so trivial" (her exact words).

She provided a detailed list of the services and I thought...perfect. I made sure she cleaned baseboards and would sanitize the home (screenshoot attached). She quoted the amount shown and when she was 'cleaning' she called me and advised further sevices would be needed for a 'move in ready' outcome. I agreed. MY TOTAL was $765. Which I was ok with. My home 4400 sq ft When I arrived the next day.. I was Shocked! The house was disgusting. What she stated was clean..looks like it was never touched. I contacted her and provided her pictures. She agreed to make it right and even came back and did a walk through. She blamed her helper and she didn't have her glasses on. We gave her a chance to correct the issues and rescheduled to come back and clean what was missed. SHE NEVER SHOWED up. Allison avoided my calls, texts and I even requested a partial payment return on cash app. Do not use this service. I feel I was robbed. I paid her almost $800 and did not receive the services requested. I have since cleaned my home and it was not difficult....which made me think 'what did they do when they were here?' Photos attached are the photos I sent to her AFTER she cleaned. This review is 100% accurate This has to be some scam and not actually a true cleaning company. Ask for her bonds and Insurance...I didn't. And I blame myself for not asking and for paying in full before I actually saw my home.

Then, the day of the cleaning job, I got a text…read morefrom someone named Stacy stating she will be charging me an extra sixty dollars because the worker had to work extra hard on the mirrors in the home because of smoke. I had a conversation with Stacy about the smoke, prior to signing up for the job, she didn't say word about the possibility of extra charges because of smoke on the mirrors as I had purchased the "deep cleaning" level which literally means the job will require a deeper level of cleaning. I told her she was not authorized to use my card; she fraudulently used my card again to charge the extra money. I told her that was a crime, but she just told me to go ahead a report it because the card company will call her anyway. Stacy also tried to tell me that I told her she could charge whatever she wanted. No, I said that I didn't authorize the extra charge because if that were the case then she could just charge whatever they wanted instead of the agreed price. So, now I have to report her to BBB, the attorney general and everywhere else I need to. I went through the company called Thumbtack to find this housecleaner. This is only my experience, obviously, I can't speak for others. I will never trust Thumbtack again or Fresh Space Cleaning Services again.
