Going through the process of selling a home is always difficult but in my case, I had to go through the listing and sale while in in another state. I needed a realtor who would be my advocate and counsel me on the specifics of the Texas realty market and regulations. Bev did all of that and more. She marketed the property just perfectly to generate a lot of traffic and advised me on the various bids so that I was able to make the right decision about the buyer and the negotiations. I would use her again for any realty transactions I may have and would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

It would be a nice area to walk if you live in the nearby development, but for nature lovers it may disappoint. The river walk is pretty, but sterile. It's TOO developed - too forced - lacking the true beauty of a natural, uncultivated river or creek. We live about 30 minutes away and this is not a place I would make the drive to return to. As of March 2020 the restaurants are not opened, nor does the construction look close to being wrapped up. The chapel at the start of the river walk is a unique touch - very neat. I have no idea why they chose tile over wood floors, but the rest of the chapel is beautiful. I hope they install traditional wooden pews! Not sure if this is a future church site or just a wedding venue, but it's lovely.
