Weird vibe from the door! Never ever again! Left with my copay and they better not bill my insurance.

So obviously that's where I went. They were very friendly at the front desk when I was taken into the room the nurse Mary was very polite and professional. Doctor Bradley introduced himself and was very personable. I was very nervous due to I was going on a trip the next day. He was able to make an accurate diagnosis pretty quickly and called in my meds. I was able to leave for my trip!

Another receptionist hung up on me simply for asking when the manager would return. After the call was disconnected, Tina answered and questioned why I wanted the staff members' names, because the level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this facility. The staff lacks basic courtesy, decency, and empathy for patients. The portable device used for sign‑in is full of glitches, and they inconsistently decide who receives paper registration and who doesn't. The office was cold, uncomfortable, and did not even have tissues available for those who might need them. I will not be returning.

I have only used a walk in clinic once when I was about 10, my parents brought me when I came down…read morewith a horrible cold. It was a horrible place, so my only memories were of a horrible waiting room and a long wait. So I was very hesitant when I came to Family First a walk-in clinic as an adult. I hurt my hand over a month ago and I had been delaying having someone look at it. My primary care does not have the tools to do so and an ER seemed way to extreme. Upon entering the Family First Urgent Care I was pleasantly surprised. The inside is gorgeous, clean, and vey welcoming. I explained to the front desk attendant my situation and that I also had no experience with a walk-in clinic. She explained everything to me and gave me some paperwork to fill out. It was a Thursday evening and I was one of only 3 people there. After filling out my paperwork I waited about 10 minutes until a nurse retrieved me. The nurse brought me into a super clean and nice patient room he asked me some questions and was extremely nice and comfortable to talk to. After the doctor came in and spoke to me and ran some tests. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Overall, I am so glad I know of this place. It is close to my home, it was super clean and nice. The attendance, nurse, and doctor were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait long and the whole experience definitely changed my perspective of a walk-in.

Worst medical experience I've ever had…read more I went to Pronto Medical on Fisher Blvd for an annual physical and a referral for an MRI due to a known meniscus tear. Dr. Joyce never examined my knee at all--only checked my vitals. He was dismissive and made an inappropriate and medically inaccurate comment. Despite being in extreme pain and significant inflammation, I was not offered crutches, a brace, pain relief, or even basic guidance--not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. The front desk staff was equally unprofessional. I was given confusing paperwork, no clear explanation of where my MRI was scheduled, then accused of being "nasty" when I asked for clarification. I left frustrated, confused, and still in severe pain. Three weeks later, when I finally went for my MRI, I was informed that Dr. Joyce's office acknowledged the initial call and stated the referral would be faxed, but it was never sent and all subsequent calls were ignored. The imaging center attempted to contact the office multiple times, and my MRI had to be canceled and rescheduled, delaying my care by weeks. Because of these failures, I went over a month and a half with a bucket-handle meniscus tear, enduring unnecessary pain and delayed treatment. Dismissive provider, rude staff, and serious administrative breakdowns. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Cris Rodriguez

I wish I could give this minute clinic a negative star. My fiancé was experiencing, what we thought…read morewere typical UTI symptoms, and having kidney problems, I sent him to this urgent care. I've come here many times and haven't had a single issue, until now. He went in to see whatever female associate was working that Sunday, February 2nd at around 11:45am. Made an appt beforehand to hold his place in line. When he got there, no one was in the waiting area yet was told it was going to be another 30 minute wait. When they called him back to the room, he described what was going on and explained how he thought he might have a UTI. Well, apparently they have 0 clue on how to test for this INFECTION because she stated that they do not test males for UTI, due to it being a different test for males. What??????? That is the most ridiculous this I've ever heard. When you test for a UTI, you're testing for bacteria or any signs or infection - not anything hormone related. After she refused him treatment, he asked about Azo pain relief for his symptoms. She then proceeded to tell him "that doesn't work for males". I'm not sure what she was thinking because both female AND males can both get UTI's. Four hours after he left, he was experiencing left flank pain that was intermittent and then quickly became constant. We went to ANOTHER urgent care (who was fabulous), and once they took his blood pressure, told him to immediately go to the ER. His blood pressure was through the roof, she would've noticed if she had taken it in the first place, and pain was at an 8. After multiple tests at the ER, it was determined that my fiancé had a 4mm sized kidney stone. IF she had just tested his urine at the minute clinic, she would've noticed the blood in the urine and hopefully had done something about it, but given this experience - I highly doubt it. I have never been so outraged before at medical care. This was absolutely unacceptable.
