Once inside it was disappointing to say the least. The place is extra small with poor ventilation. It was a smoke stack. So we headed straight to the back so that we could sit outside and smoke our cigars. Last year, there were tables and chairs, plenty of areas to sit and smoke cigars and have drinks. They had someone to cook food in the rear as well. This year... it was abysmal. It was sad to be honest. They had one very small bench area that surrounding this huge box like structure in the middle. The bench seats were broken. No ashtrays, no service for food or drinks, no tables, no chairs, no nothing. Just a beat down dark parking lot. Never could get to the bar but everyone was complaining about how watered down and small the drinks were. After an hour of that foolishness, we left and cut our losses. While outside, we noticed people were still coming and they were still charging $30 at the door. For some they charged them and closed minutes after. The only way establishments like this will ever learn not to scam people like this is to NOT SET FOOT IN THEIR PLACE AGAIN. DON"T DO IT!

He greets everyone with a smile. Definitely my favorite local shop owner. He is so helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He let me try gummies before purchasing. At the beginning of the quarantine he bought boxes of masks, toilet paper and hand sanitizer and handed them out to customers for free. There need to be more shop owners like him! And he has snacks. Maybe not every time, but ice water brought to your table. -Ash trays emptied continuously. Most Important A new humidity machine with filtered water installed in the humidor room. -Lots of cigar merchandise. On and on. There is more coming!!!!! -Modified humidor room to hold approximately 80 more boxes of cigar. -More membership lockers. Fuma has definitely stepped up their game and wants our business.
