Came here a week ago for hookah supplies. They didn't have the shisha we wanted but we purchased a new disposable hookah hose... $11 for the hose?! Across the street the smoke shop charges $3-$4 max. This wasn't anything fancy or different than the other shops. Seems like the mark up is extremely high here. I won't be going back. read more

"Mic" is a complete jerk. Because I didn't buy my bulk amount he charged me half of what I pay for four normally. I said seriously I spend a lot of money in this store. And pointed out the price. He laughed. And proceeds to say I spend very little money there. Myself and my sister work together and we have six employees. We all buy the same thing just different flavors. We are very aware of our prices. For him to make the comment that we spend such a small amount of money there. Using his fingers to show about a cm. Still laughing. He had made what sounded as rude comments before, bashing another store that it's very known I use the three locations they have. And when I have to the fourth. In previous conversation I have made it clear I buy from them because A) I like to shop local. B) not having to wait on it in the mail C) because I do like the owner. Who has worked very hard. When I tried to get in contact with him Mic refused any information on when he would be in. ( He checks on his stores daily). I, and the six people that I know, 100% but the same thing my sister and myself do. Mics says that's a very small amount of money. It's steady. They know I'm coming that week. The manager at my favorite location drove 45 minutes out of his way to make sure what I needed was there when I returned that day. He made this promise after he made sure I still had an extra one if my one died so he could have the owner mentioned above, have someone bring it - if needed, knowing him- he would have done it himself. I have ordered two weeks worth for a lot less money than I spend in this store weekly. All 8 of us did. None of us will return until Mic is at the P cola location where you can talk to people like that or fired from the company. Mic, I wonder if your boss thinks it's just a small amount of money. Since when I first came to his shop I dropped about 600 cash in his hands in one visit. I go to him for butane, pipes EVERY. SINGLE. THIING. I. SMOKE. NICOTINE. WISE. Rolling papers, cones, wraps. I send people to them. And now I am an ex customer until Mic is done being rude. I've always thought it was him trying to play. Today I made it clear it was inappropriate and I didn't appreciate it at all. He again laughed and said "it true". I've called. Mic , will give no information on when the owner will return or have him call me. Which he has no problem doing so. I've posted a google review. Posted in my bad local business groups. Stays at one star until this situation is fixed. read more

I went to this store quite often for convenience until they sold me fake delta 8 they ordered from a labeling company that sells unlabeled cbd gummies. Checking with other people it seems they sell wuite a bit of fake products, which isn't just sketchy, it's illegal and dangerous. Be better, you just lost a regular customer. read more

FAKE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AT THIS STORE!! Beware, I purchased a puff bar from 101 Smoke Shop on Capital Circle in Tallahassee on July 6, 2020. When I smoked it, it had an aftertaste of burned hair that made me feel sick immediately. I went back after work on July 7th and the employee, who confirmed he was not the owner, said he's never had a complaint and wouldn't exchange. I told him I didn't care about the money, I wanted him to know they were selling defective vapes and that's serious because it can affect people's health. I went straight to Xtreme smoke shop down the road where the owner there told me that the reason it tasted off was because it was a fake, then proceeded to show me the differences in the products. You can see in my photo that the box I purchased on the left has the "TM" PUFF label, but the one on the right that 101 sold me doesn't have the "TM". I went back to 101 and let the employee know I didn't appreciate how he didn't take my concern seriously and to please tell the owner that he is selling fakes. I told him I'd write this review and also report them to the BBB. Be safe and go to another store! read more

Selection and prices for glass pipes are really good, but do not buy the brass screens. The reason they get a 3 star when they could have had a 4 or 5 is because the owner has the jar with the screens at the checkout and wants you to just toss in a few screens at the end thinking they can't be more than $.50 when they are actually $1.99 per five-screen pak. That is highway robbery when you can order 200 of the same from Amazon(which I did) and get them in 2 days and they cost only $.03 each and come in a storage container. I would have bought 10 paks at $.50 but none at $1.99. read more
