If I could give them 0 I would. I bought a water pipe from them yesterday and as I'm using it…read morepieces of the water pipe is coming off. Come to find out it's paint and it's flaking everywhere, and I did not know it was painted because I'm not a glass blower and the person who sold it to me, awesome customer service by the way, did not tell me. The reason for the negative review is for the manager who tried to gaslight me and gave me a hard time reaching a solution. I spent 45$ on this pice and he wanted to not refund me and wanted me to pay for a discount piece that was nothing like I had. The fact he gave me such a hard time and then tried to GAS LIGHT ME INTO THINKING I KNEW OR THAT I KNEW IT WAS PAINTED ONE WHEN I DID NOT. I have never glassblown or done any craft regarding it. And that is where the one star comes from. His name is rob and he is a shtty person . He only wanted to help me when I confronted him about lying to my face and how I would leave a negative review. I keep my word. They have lost a loyal customer from this incident.
