The remodel included removal of a kitchen/dining room wall to provide an open concept, and the removal of a central double-sided fireplace to open the living room area. A new fireplace was installed, dated soffits were removed, ceilings were modified, skylights added and both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled. During the entire process Andrina demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She kept the project moving and more importantly, us on track and on budget by working with us to make literally over a hundred decisions ranging from material selections (paint, stain, stone, tile, glass, etc.), to hardware selection. Andrina's research, planning and schedule management facilitated the entire project. Throughout the process she helped us to visualize the finished product with the use of sketches and renderings. I can't imagine the average homeowner taking on this level of responsibility themselves. Andrina possessed the ability to listen to our ideas and then skillfully guided us to a design we absolutely love. We quickly learned to trust her recommendations, and quickly established a wonderful partnership. When construction was nearing completion, we finalized the selection of the furnishings, which made the move in process very exciting. The finished product was more awesome than we could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend AndrinaPaladin Designs to anyone who is looking for a professional, competent, creative and highly organized interior designer. Bob & Michelle Laguna Niguel

She was very professional, attentive to details, and exceeded the contracted terms to ensure our remodel was successful. She provided us with several 3D visualizations of the remodeling project along the way, helping us see how color, fabric, furniture, lighting, and placement choices solved our project goals. Once finished, the projects were aesthetically superior to what we had hoped for before we met Eliane, and they came in under budget and were a massive hit with our team members and prospective new hires. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. I texted frequently with both Lexi and Morgan and we sent pictures back and forth about what I was hoping the space to look like in the two weeks leading up to the remodel. We set a low budget, and Lexi was able to fit a complete remodel within my budget. My favorite aspect of the design was the wall feature. At first we thought she was going to have to contract that feature out, which would have cost a thousand + more dollars, but then she decided she and her team could tackle it themselves, and they did a beautiful job!! I picked out some furniture pieces, and so did she. She was able to incorporate sentimental pieces into the design and even printed family photos to hang. I was shocked at how easy and quickly this whole process was. I simply found her online, told her I wanted to do a surprise redo of my husbands at home office while we were away on a 3 day Vegas trip, and she took the wheel and made it happen! I was so thankful to give my husband such a special gift- a space of his own to work in peace, and style! Thank you Lexi and your team, we love it!!
