The worst part was they insisted we wear heavy ill-fitting wetsuits. Mine was 7mm which would be fine if the water was 15°, but it was 22° and the day was 35°. We died from heat, and the suits made it impossible to mitigate the bad visibility by diving. We called the session early and got out of there, my worst snorkel outing at Sydney by far. All of this is the result of them not understanding how snorkeling is different from scuba. Go anywhere else for your intro.

The photographs and videos taken during the course were also really cool to have as a memento of an incredible underwater experience! The course is very well structured and I really got the best value for cost. Keep up I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get their Open Water dive certification. Grant, the DM, claimed he went to look for me but never found me and continued on with the dive without knowing where I was. The skipper wouldn't assist people with getting back on the boat, he was rude to me when I ascended unexpectedly and had to get back on the boat. In between dives they served crappy fried finger foods. There were too many people on the boat and not enough organization. They rushed everyone off the boat to avoid people becoming ill when the water wasn't that choppy. I was promised a voucher but when I went to claim it, I needed to cancel my next dive and they tried to charge me for canceling. Highly dysfunctional & unsafe group of people! Go to Manly Dive Center instead, they actually care about their divers' safety

We were taken for a short walk around the area before the snorkeling and it was fascinating to learn about the history or the area. We went on a seriously amazing day for the tour. The weather was perfectly warm and the water was clear. We saw plenty of wildlife during the tour. VERY grateful for the pool noodles provided for the tour. Made it a million times easier - all we had to do was lie there and enjoy the surroundings.
