We called another local plumber who had great lip service but never followed through or came back to do the estimate. When we reached back out, we were given a time frame of a few days. We called Plumb Easy and they were here in seriously less than an hour. They were able to fix the leak within the day, the toilet the following, and made a game plan for the others that they actually followed up with. I'm writing this today because we had a hot water heater start leaking early this morning. We immediately called Plumb Easy based on our previous positive experience and again they were here within the hour. Each time, wonderful service, effective communication about what they were doing, options with quotes, etc. We will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing services. Shout out to the following Plumb Easy employees - Christopher (manager who coordinated services), Jason (I'm pretty sure it was Jason, the plumber who came out the first time), and Manuel (the plumber who came out today). You all are awesome and if you represent the rest of Plumb Easy employees, this team is where it's at.

He installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for me and was able to explain in great detail the different features and which best suited my needs. His work was exemplary and his price was fair. He clearly takes great pride in his work and treats the project as a work of art that both looks terrific but satisfies the intended needs. I have used Dan again already to do a new garbage disposal, and again he counseled me on the absolute best unit for our needs. He's also walking me through a third project that requires my taking advantage of Moen's lifetime faucet warranty in which there was some pitting, and without his knowledge and counsel I would have been buying these parts myself. Everything he told me about Moen was correct and I'm getting all the parts free of charge. I strongly and confidently recommend Dan of Absolute Plumbing & Boiler to anyone who has plumbing needs. He has over 22 years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade. Others I received bids from did not compare to Dan, and I'm thrilled that I found him and readily recommend him to friends and neighbors.

LEE IS THE MAN!!! We bought a house built in 1959. It's a great house in a great location,…read morehowever we have had plumbing issues since we moved in this March (3/2023). In short, everything works fine and then the toilets will begin backing up. We plunge, we turn alternate water on the attempt to flush the problem, and we have pretty much bought all of the Drano that Harris Teeter sells. The problem corrects itself after a while and then, rinse and repeat, it occurs again. We have had two different plumbers come out to attempt to correct the situation, Pardee and another one, who's name escapes me. Both companies ran an auger into the line and told me they had fixed the issue, they hadn't. My wife eventually called Mr. Rooter and Lee, the man, the myth, the legend, showed up on 7/26/2023. Unlike the previous plumbers who just started augering, Lee played detective, found where the sewer actually came out of the side of our house (Editor's note: Both previous plumbers said the line came out of the front of the house towards the street. Pardee even gave us a quote for a clean out valve in the front yard). Lee found the drain, he also found three clean out valves that had previously been installed and finally solved our issue. I cannot give Lee enough credit, he was inquisitive, asked great questions, and solved our issues. Will I use Mr. Rooter again, what do you think? Thanks for reading!

It was Sunday evening when I discovered a plumbing problem at the house. I decided to put out a…read morerequest a quote through Yelp so I could see who was available and get some pricing for Monday morning. I've had this issue happen years ago so I was pretty confident in the fact that I needed my main line snaked/augered. I feel like the whole point of doing these requests is to get the info you need without a bunch of phone calls and visitors to the house, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get a quote out of someone. I understand there are variables, but I'm including a description of what I need... at least give me a ballpark. While Holy City is one of the ones that would not offer any pricing, they did offer a free estimate and they also got back to me Sunday evening within minutes of putting in my request. I went back and forth on the app and set up an appointment for Monday morning between 10am-12pm and was told I would get a text 30 mins before to let me know someone was on the way. Well 10-12 came and went with no tech, no call, and no text. I did shoot them a message at that point letting them know that nobody came. A while later, they sent me a message saying that my appointment time had changed and would now be between 3-5pm. No apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment from that morning. So I replied, "No thank you. You already no call/no showed our first appointment". I get no response on the app so I figure what's done is done. Then I get a text around 3:15pm letting me know a tech is on his way to my home. I responded with a shortened version from above and that I no longer wanted service. Then it seemed I was getting a new message from an Aaron D stating he canceled the appointment and was sorry for the confusion about my appointment. I pointed out that there was no confusion about the appointment and that I was ready and waiting the whole time to which their tech no call/no showed. Then they just reschedule me for 5 hours later with zero explanation or apology. At that point, the problem was already fixed by another plumber from another company who was more reliable. From there, Aaron did apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and he would deal with it internally. Based on other reviews and the quick response to my initial inquiry, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Maybe this was a fluke for them, but I can only go off of the experience I had and it was quite disappointing. I'll add an extra star for Aaron reaching out to remedy the situation and acknowledging their mistake, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else.
