They are making significant improvements to the property and enhancing its appearance. I'm not sure what other people's problems are?? Dani has been great with us, even loves it when I bring the dog to visit her in the office. Mario was the original maintenance man when we first moved in. He knows what he's doing. The others in between were very unknowledgeable about what they were doing. We moved from 225 to 126, from upstairs to downstairs. We've had problems with the last 2 sets of neighbors in 226 upstairs. Mario has been great since he returned to the property. His daughter is our neighbor next door, and she was thinking about moving to the front of the property, but he told her No, stay where you are. Neighbors look out for each other, which we do. She gets packages for us, and we do for her, too. We've been great neighbors and always will be. Yes, 225 was falling apart and crappy, but once we moved into the refurbished 126 downstairs, 225 was refurbished, too. This property is not as bad as people are making it out to be. Live here for a while, as I have, and give it a chance. We love it here, now that the current owners have found the right management company, manager, and maintenance guy for the property. Park Ridge Apartments are now The 80 Reserve. Don't let the Google Reviews fool you!!!…read more Our experience at The 80 Reserve has been terrible since moving in about a month ago. Originally, these apartments were known as Park Ridge, with a 3.6 rating on Google. It's baffling how they managed to boost their rating to 4.9 under the new name. Moving from Seattle, WA, we were shown pictures of a clean unit. However, what we found was a filthy apartment covered in dust, with broken window screens, an overgrown patio, and rusty stove ranges. Drawers in the cabinets were falling apart, and the unit hadn't been painted. We also experienced issues with neighbors and an ongoing weed smell that affects my asthma. Trash outside our unit remains unaddressed. To make matters worse, a car alarm goes off randomly at all hours, disturbing our sleep. Management hasn't addressed this issue. We're also concerned about unauthorized maintenance entry. Despite other Google reviews, our experience with the manager, Dani, has been disappointing. She's rarely in the office and dismisses our concerns. We would give this place negative stars if possible. We've contacted the property owners, Southland REI Group, with no response. It appears they keep changing the office address when reviews get bad. This raises concerns about the reliability of current reviews. Currently myself and my fiancé and family members are unable to post Google reviews.

Where do I begin...I have been there a month today and I want out my lease. I do not even know…read morewhere to start. Yes this is an affordable housing complex but that should not be an excuse. I was very happy about the reviews I read going back two years about how great management has been, etc. They rarely answer the phone and the reason why is bc they are outside smoking, most times I go into the office. They have "not gotten" two of my amazon packages. Never had a package not be delivered anywhere else I have lived. I turned in my move in sheet of all the things I need fixed or missing or that have been damaged prior to me moving in. I said well. I am about to pay these people rent, I should at least have stuff fixed right? I called the 31st of august, had to leave a message, which fo them to call me back, I I have to state every time. I have called you several times with no call back. Then I usually get the call back. Kathy calls me back and said that Mike the maintained guy told her completed my order sheet. I laughed she stated oh its not funny. I said I know bc when I turned it in on August 5th she was like we treat these as Gold. I was like yea I'm laughing bc none has set foot to replace or fix anything from that list. Moving on, I have roaches!, there are cats everywhere. Kathy lied to me when I asked before I even signed a lease about the hallways and stairs do they get power washed, she LIED. She said yes. No one has touched those stairs I bet in at least 5 years. I get the creeps every single time I have ot walk up to 3 flights to my apartment to be met by a disgusting cat. Those pictures on the website are fraudulent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so embarrassed to have anyone even help me decorate or come over. It's that disgusting before you even walk in the apartment. Thats just the grounds. the dumpsters are horrific also.I know in texas and living on the 3rd floor its going to be hot. I am deathly afraid of what my electric bill is going to be. I have to keep my air between 68-70!!!!!! Plus two ceiling fans on high and a ocscaliating fan. It's miserable. I hate this place and Management are not truthful. Oh and 30.00 convince fee to pay your rent on the portal. You can bet they do not tell you, that before you sigh with them. I just cant believe I live with roaches! I should have known when I saw boric acid on the second floor there was owing to be an issue. I wish I had noticed it before I moved in. I even ran into a cashier a store close by that stated he lives in Springs Oaks as well and management never does anything they say they are gonna do and his building has cats as well. Mind you I know this I went into the store for bug spray and boric acid. I have called for pest control. They "said" they came but there is no evidence bc I still have 4 legged creatures walking around and they are NOT paying rent! dishwasher doesn't work, the water pressure is horrible in every facet. The smell of the hallways cat urine. I am so nervous to write this review in fear something happening but I have to let future renters looking here to steer clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was 1/2 star rating.

I have family that live at Terrell Senior Terraces and the improvements that have been made in the…read morelast year have been amazing. From adding additional staff, management, activities, repairs and upgrades to the facility grounds, it is one of the nicest places for your senior family members to live. I'm proud that this place is in my hometown, Terrell, TX.
