I thought this was going to be a good place to live to start fresh and at first it was. it got worse little by little. they don't clean their pool I don't think I've ever seen someone clean it. I'm out there with a net everytime we go out. there's not enough washers and dryers for the entire complex. they fill the pool area with ceramic and breakable tables even though 90 percent of the people who reside here are children and then get upset when one breaks then try to charge an arm an a leg. i pay for pest control however the people they hire do such a terrible job that I have had an infestation of brown recluse spiders recently . I'm such a neat freak I clean multiple times a week and I know it's the season however if we pay for pest control it should be doing something. I cant wait for my lease to end I found a great place just right down the street from here. if your looking into these apartments I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere read more

Just leased the apartment, when I came in and looked everything was clean and no bugs, start moving in at night after the lease is signed and after I received the keys, found water damage, dirty appliances, roaches crawling out of everything! And for $1400? Are you fing kidding me? Do not move in and get tricked into signing a lease with their advertisement of they will have everything completed before the move in, its utter bs, the damage I could deal with waiting to be fixed, but the German roaches, nope. They will try to bully the residents into withdrawing bad reviews by stating that they are in "bad faith" and the lease will be terminated with penalties. Do not lease here they are not where you should live. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! UPDATE: They will threaten/bully you into fear of legal action, about good faith in the lease (Page 3. Section 11.1 (J) - making bad-faith or false allegations against us). However, due to witnesses, proof of a ongoing infestation, that by default null and void the entire lease agreement. Also does not breach good faith since it is not false. First amendment, freedom of speech and being a one party state, I have every right to speak on this. 4/22/2023 I was with my husband to check out the apartment walked in yesterday evening and saw German Roaches everywhere, it's dirty, stove is broken (top part where burners are plus more bugs), fridge was damaged pretty badly bug feces behind it on wall and 10 of those german roaches on floor coming from wall as well as under, garbage disposal was damaged the rubber, dishwasher had more roachs in it baby ones, water damage around sink area (noticable mold), some cabinets were lopsided, counter being damaged, roaches all up in the drawers and cabinets of kitchen, patio wasn't cleaned, one of the cabinet doors in bathroom was glued shut. The property manager, Benjamin Benee promised and gave word that the apartment was clean, pest free, and things would be fixed/repaired/replaced before telling my husband it's move in ready. You deceived my husband, myself, along with potentially putting our daughter in a uninhabitable living environment! What in the world is WRONG with you? Taking money, presenting false advertising, making false promises, and messing with peoples lives by masking a infestation problem?! Extremely livid, upset, our poor daughter and us are a bit traumatized from the whole experience.... This was a nightmare experience. We will be pursing head on to get our situation fixed 100% no matter what. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Over priced for what you get. Lots of mold and they just paint over it. Mold around windows and patio door! Management sucks, every issue addressed was not! Jessica, the manager, is the worst! She's lazy and doesn't respond to emails. Dark hair under the paint. Air conditioning issues every other month! AC constantly leaking causing lots of mold, they just kept painting over it after numerous attempts to get it fixed! Mold, mold and more mold!!!!!!! Don't move here if you don't want to walk from down the street to your apt! Not enough spaces for the apts there! I should have listened to all the reviews! New management isn't any better!!!! read more
