Plug and Play trys to play its customers don't do it. They brag about using their system to help improve your business but they just want to take your money and give HALF ASS service. They over charge to put your menu in the pos program however you could do it yourself; the practice program makes you think you need them. They charge you for the printer to go with the system. It's like buying Nintendo without ANY CONTROL. Does any computers come without towers. Do cars come without steering wheels. It's a cheap extra charge. When we went to pick up the menu was not completely installed and he tried to show us how we could do it ourselves after we paid him to do the job. Plug and Play refused to give us a full refund and claimed that we had to pay for service of programing the menu which was not completed upon our arrival; as service not received. The guy even tried to say that we did not give him all of the information for the menu while he was holding it right in his hand. And it was provided by email so we have our own proof. Then he told us he could do it in five minutes, which would have been impossible. The just told us if we didn't like it to leave so now I'm here with my faithful YELP peeps. Do not fall for the crap that you can get "Aldelo EDC Server Free" its not true.. They partner with several companys that are approved processors. When I did use one of there partners, Mercury, and signed up with them. I received my welcome package from Mercury. I was told by Mercury that Eric at PnP would handle the rest. Eric as dodged my many request and as also told me to call Aldelo directly. Every thing he has promised has not be truthful. Save yourself many days and hours of aggrevation and use another distrubutor for your business software and hardware. read more

I wish i could give NEGATIVE STARS. The Owner is the biggest a$$ ever. I have had computer issues for years and finally was told by Adello to call this company to get a new computer. I had an extensive talk with Eric (after a week of calling with no call back). I was READY TO BUY 2 NEW COMPUTERS RIGHT THEN AND THERE, but HE needed to call Adello to find out if I had a multi licenses. He also said he needed to dial into my computer (I was at the airport because my grandmother passed, but I wanted to buy the computer ASAP). He told me to email him and he would call my store the next morning at 9am. He never called. For the next week I called and left 4 messages (no call backs). I even called the sales department and left 3 messages (no call backs). I emailed him twice (no response). I then called sales again and that is when Jeff (the owner) answered. What an A$$. He was like yea Mitch...we got your messages. Mocking me saying hey this is Mitch call me back. He was like. I am not calling you back. You have to speak to Eric. I told him I have tried. i left messages and 2 emails and he won't return my call. I said you are rude can I have your managers number? He laughed and said managers number??? And, hung up. I called Adello and they said they have received complaints like this before from him. They gave me the number to Alliance. I spent $7,200 with them. You hear that Jeff? You lost a $7,200 sale!!!!!!
