One person to greet you and direct you to a closed small room where you have an "interactive" teller. The lady based in Whitehall was fine but I was just sad at having to scan my Id and talk to a screen. It felt so isolating. Total loss of community feel that I loved so much about Kemba. The interactive teller could not complete the transaction so back to the concierge, I went to stand behind one person. Three people were behind me. It felt like the grocery store bank of self checkout where one unfortunate employee is stuck dealing with all the customers. Very sad.

Their online banking is awful and there credit card provider is even worse. Customer support people are saying they have to apologize regularly for the problems they now have to contend with. I have had my personal accounts as well as my business accounts with Heartland and will now be leaving. I used to love Heartland and recommended them to many and now my best advice is "don't waste your time and look elsewhere!" It a shame to see a good company go down the tubes like this. I gave it 2 stars because they still have many of the good Heartland people but they are working for a 1 star company now.
