I have used three other locations, all the same, poor service, poor attitudes, no on knows what they are doing EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING requires a manager. Worst place ever!! I went to go change my taxes check so I'm arriving thinking I'm going to get charged the 1% plus a dollar because that's what they have posted on the window. Well they are doing the process and everything the guy never tells me there going to charge me 10% off my taxes check so once he gave me the receipt and they took away $22 dollar so my boyfriend goes and tell one of the employees why did they take that much if it's only one percent and the girl tells him it's on the wall but the thing is it's written in small letters. I went to this establishment to acquire a money order and one of the clerks by the name of Maria C. was very rude and unprofessional. She became irate because I asked her a simple question about the money order purchase. I asked to speak to her manager who was not there at the time she stated. This place is garbage and needs to overall the staff with educational training on how to conduct business, and speak to customers who are giving them business in order for them to stay in business. I got a western union and the terminal was giving problems and she came and started raising her voice and saying what is it you don't understand when all I asked was if she could try once more since a customer just received one two windows down! This is the only location I come to cash my checks. I've never had a problem in the 5+ years I've been coming here. Until recently.... it has always been more of a convenience to cash my check at night due to my availability. For the past 2 months there's this African American woman at nights. She takes forever! I came once and left because I got so frustrated with her inability to do her job. All in all now a days there's a longer line at night than during rush hour during the day. She always blames my check, or can't find me in the system, the system is down, she always has a dumb excuse for her inability. Oh she even counted money more than 5 times before counting it to me. She couldn't figure out if she was right or not.
