They showed up very promptly, and they were very good with my vacation rental tenants. I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek. I will continue to use and recommend AAA Sub Zero at all of my vacation rentals here in the Keys!
