After chatting with…read morean estimator, he came over took a look about a week later; got an estimate to apply 2 coats and he would give me 24 hours notice when they could come and do the work within the next 2-4 weeks. That said, same day called back later and someone cancelled and they're doing the work the next day after the estimate. Their crew is prompt on showing up when expected applied the 1st "spreader" coat with promise to come back in a few hours to repeat the process. Waited for the 2nd coat and had to follow-up with the estimator asking when they were going to be back to do the 2nd coat? Finally, I called and he told me they had already returned and "sprayed" a 2nd coat in select areas without full coverage where I expected 2 coats to mean they lay down the 2nd coat like the 1st was applied taking about 20-30 minutes. Although I had the front door open, I didn't even see or hear them do the 2nd "sprayed" coat, so must have taken less than 5 minutes to spray it and go. The quality of their work is top notch and they have a experienced and qualified installation teams. That said, the estimators are more a kin to working with used car salesmen.

Home generator had a bad flange on the muffler exhaust. I took it to them and after some…read morediscussion, the guys sifted through their parts bin, found an acceptable pipe piece and welded it to the exhaust port, stiffening and sealing the prior leak I had at the flange. Oh, and I dropped it off ~2:30 on a Saturday...they called at 5:30 and said I could pick it up anytime. Same. Day. Done. Right. Wow...don't get that kind of service these days except for here! Now it wasn't a complicated job versus other items they do, but in wrapping up their work week, they squeezed it it, did it perfectly and the problems are fixed. Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace…read morewent out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail. I am so glad that we are now using Air Anderson for our heating and air conditioning needs. Lois F. Port Orchard, WA
