People make mistakes. But this company has integrity. They did the right thing. Nicely. Quickly. And professionally. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation for a pool company, Anthony & Sylvan would be my only choice. This was his request, along with a signed release barring me from any future claims against Anthony & Sylvan. From what I understand this goes against Yelp's policy as well. Update: Owen from Anthony & Sylvan has been in contact with me again to sign a release stating I will remove a 1 star Yelp review. I refused since we have had a leak in our hot tub for YEARS now (since the building of it) which Anthony & Sylvan refused to address under warranty. We were left with over $13,000 worth of damages plus they wanted me to sign a release barring me from any future claims in the amount of $1,999. This company is pathetic the way they do business. For example it was $60 for a potted plant that I saw the same day for $30 at a NJ competitor. Their individual produce & herb plants are .50-$1.50 more each... might not seem like a lot but it definitely adds up. Their garden furniture is also extremely expensive as well, great quality but ridiculously overpriced..... I hate to say it but this is why people shop Amazon, Lowe's, homedepot and Walmart in 2020 for garden furniture........ Prices were so insanely high the whole store I still can't get over it, especially because they advertise how they have great prices (when they don't!).......... I had to use the bathroom when I was there and I think a Porta potty would have been better. The bathroom was in a creepy back room up the steps, to the left in an oddly large room with rusted soap and it looked haunted........ Sorry to say it but I don't know how much longer they can stay in business given their prices are so high. They advertise that they are 40-60% lower than the rest but it's just not true. They should advertise that they price match other farms because they're losing a lot of business. It was worth the 20 min drive South West to save myself the $75 bucks as we bought many flower and vegetable plants on our last visit. Yes I am talking about Gasko's. I reached out to our broker who recommended him, and she assured us that she would reach out to him as well. Just like us that was a dead end. Don't get scammed and cheated by Perry Rosenblum like we did. Stay far away from this person and any of his two stores.

You have to be extremely careful when you remove an item from the shelves that other items don't going crashing to the ground. They have nice stuff but they need to display the items in a way that can be easily accessible. I went to the Homesense in Ocean Mall n what a difference in displays. This store is well kept.

Though the overall staff were fine. Clearance section is tiny and for superstore it didn't feel like it. As I wandered, I drifted close by to the restrooms and didn't know I drifted until I smelled it. The unpleasant urine smells were way too pungent and lingering that more bathroom staff need to be assigned. I wasn't even that close and smelled it way before I noticed I was by the bathrooms. I never stepped inside so that's how putrid it was! I had to take a star away for this. This one could use some brighter lights to give it a cheerier feel. It does have some interesting products like the Better Goods Walmart brand. The frozen gnocchi is quite good and so are the chippies made with avocado oil. Not all of the chippies are as healthy so check the ingredients carefully. There is a FedEx and Subway inside for convenience and shoppers find it convenient to stop at Subway for a lunch break.
