We are SO LUCKY that we found Dr Plomer and he was able to get us in his schedule on short notice! We have a newly rescued dog who injured himself on day 2 of our vacation & limping/swollen leg on day 3
We brought him in muzzled because he'd been quite reactive at our home vet but from the first moment, he was quite calm and cooperative at Dr Plomer's office and I realized it's because the office is quite calm and comforting - I never realized how over stimulating our vet office must be for this little guy until I felt the quiet and stillness of Dr Plomer's. He sees one patient inside at a time and that's genius
Note that the internet will tell you that Dr Plomer's is closed but he is OPEN- call his phone and leave a message and he'll call you back for an appointment- very easy to find on Route 33, en route to Curtis from route 2 read more
Jon was my dogs and cats vet for a number of years until we moved downstate. Oh how much we miss him as our vet. Downstate we dont get the personal service that Jon certainly gave us, so much so that we wish he was down here near us.
I can't say enough about Jon, he got to know our animals, was very caring and efficient and loved to have a chat too.
