Okay, so anyway, if you, too, need to find a bankruptcy lawyer and really have no idea where to begin, I would definitely recommend that you contact Danielle! She has been great. As of today, my claim hasn't been discharged yet, but the process has been painless. I had done a bunch of research prior to making the decision to file so I knew what to expect in regards to what I was going to need to provide to her. I also own nothing so that made it even simpler, but she will walk you through the whole process if yours is more complicated than mine! She was offering a special rate when I began the process and I felt her fee was very fair - $700, which didn't include the court filing fee. I hope that none of you need a bankruptcy lawyer now or ever, but if you should, definitely consider Danielle. She's been great!
