Helpful staff, friendly, easy plentiful parking. Senior citizen discount automatically applied.

nice knowledgable helpful staff. they only take cash so come with some green for your green

Easily accessible even though tucked away in their location. Convenient parking and also easy access for pick up. If you were to call in an order. The employees are super knowledgeable and very helpful. The place is beautiful and quite well lit. Their supplies seem to sell out quickly, and it's difficult to get the same thing again from one time to the next. overall it was a very educational experience to learn more about the different types of products and offerings. Bring cash. They do not accept credit cards. read more

Got scolded by the receptionist as I was handing over my ID for hitting my vape in the parking lot outside while getting out of my car. Took my ID back and left, don't recommend. read more

If you are looking for the best in the business, then your search is over. Their house brands are the best in the state, and their overall variety is great. Sierra (GM) is the best in the business when it comes to customer service. she was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure my order was right. If I have my choice, I go no where else. Keep up the great work!!! read more

They steal. They "round up" the total of your order. They do not give correct change either. They are theives.

Our curbside ordering service was very efficient and entertaining. We were first time customers. The young lady who greeted us at our car explained the online ordering app and gave us very helpful product information. We have enjoyed our purchases and will definitely return. Thank you!! read more

Good flower for reasonable prices....check out the Pleasantrees smalls ....60 quarters of premium flower but the smaller buds from the plant. A great way to afford REAL flowers! read more

Excellent and friendly service. Will like to see more variety but overall highly recommended.

By far my favorite dispensary right now. I love how when you go into the shop you can also look into a library of cannabis books and other resources. I LOVE the branding and how every time I go there and buy something there are some extra goodies in my bag. I got really nice grinder, some matches, and a lighter! I love how they give you free stuff with your order. They sold me on their Black Friday deal. Everything was 50% off!!! They have also done BOGO Claw V-fire pods and other various deals. Every time I go the bud tenders are attentive to my needs and are very friendly. When I need to restock this is my go to. 10/10 read more

Waited in the pick up line for 20 minutes, when cars around us would arrived, get served, and leave before us. Called in to the store and rolled down window to get bud tenders attention both separate times , do not recommend. read more

This place is great. I pulled up to the building ready to place an order for curbside. The waitress or whatever you want to call her came right out to my car to offer some help. She was very nice and very informative on the products that are available. I ended up going with her suggestion and some other products. I didn't get this brown haired white girls name but she did an excellent job. Keep up the good work A+ read more

Pleasantrees pays people for positive reviews. I am not one of them. I am an MS candidate in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics, and have used Pleasantrees as one of the many dispensaries from whence I conduct research, both market and scientific, without mention. I have six qualifying medical conditions under Michigan state law, and the quality of cannabis should be higher for medical patients. Ingredients need to be listed fully on all products, but medical ones especially. It is not easy to find out what is in a vape cartridge, for instance, unless one of Live Resin, which are prohibitively expensive for most medical cannabis consumers. For the price, more information should be available. Once, on the way out of town for a recent camping trip, I stopped to get a medical vape cartridge whose contents are unknown beyond THC, CBD & most prominent terpene, and while my husband skillfully backed the truck & trailer into mosquito infested parking spot one, three men in security shirts stared at him, while a young woman said we could not park here. My spouse was in the process of parking. She said trailers are not allowed. There is no sign stating such, and he parked easily once the woman went to "talk with security". She wanted us to park across the street. I mentioned that due to my medical condition, I cannot easily get up and down out of my vehicle and walk distances. She said that didn't matter to her. I had an online order for curbside pickup, which I assumed I could pick up as promised, so that I could move my body enough to camp with my family. I was upset to not be able to access my medicine. I gave the budtender the money and my id and medical card, and eventually she did bring the order, but she yelled at me first. I was not comfortable. It was not "pleasant". If I hadn't had my husband with me, I would have felt threatened by her speech and the looks from security. There was no explanation nor apology. She did not give us the option to park, but once we easily parked when we were no longer being blocked by her person, I was brought my order. If she had been pleasant and allowed the full sixty seconds it takes to back up a trailer without coming out to block the path, I would still be a customer to this day. After spending thousands of dollars at Pleasantrees, I will never return. read more
