I was imagining walking in and seeing a bunch of young, scraggly, heavily tattooed, pot addicts with nose rings, and well, whatever other stupid stereotypes exist about marijuana users. Sorry about that! What I saw was a mix of people young and old, and many who looked just like me. I knew that I had an obvious qualifying condition, but I was still nervous about the whole process. The staff instantly made me feel at ease and unstigmatized. Both the initial application and the renewal process couldn't have been easier. The instructions on the website are thorough and time saving. I don't know what they charge elsewhere, but the 129.99 fee I paid here was completely worth it. Filled out all information and provided all documentation 9am one morning. Went to click schedule appt, nothing. Tried calling, kept getting they were with another client and I was next in the cue for a return call. More than 24 hours late NO ONE SINGLE WORD or CALL! Their website has broken radio buttons, no one answers the phone, no seems to check e-mail or text messages. So aside from going all the way to Okemos how are you to get your card? Appears to be a scam or a whole lot of false advertising going on. read more

If you're looking for a doctor to help get your medical marijuana license, I'd say the best place to go is Intessa in Okemos Michigan or Ann Arbor Michigan. The one in Okemos is the one I've been using, so I'm sure the one in Ann Arbor would work just fine too. read more

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time applying for a card. The office was busy on a Saturday morning but this place is more professional than most doctors offices I've been in. They handle a large volume of patients and are extremely organized and courteous. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind.
