I've had a unit there for over 4 years. making a payment is ne impossible unless you pay for a full…read moreyear if you're Lucky to catch them in the seconds staff is actually in office. in the 4 years I've been there I've seen staff in office maybe 10 times. they do not return missed calls nor left voicemails. they apparently has very very sh*tt*y office staff!!! they never answer the phone in the hours they have listed. since I've been making month to month payments, I've been unable to make a couple payments due to changing banks 2 times. since then I've been unable to sent up direct payment for my unit. only reason being that no person is ever there to answer the phones. I've tried for months to contact someone and to no avail, they have locked my unit so I can't get into it. I've talked to them a few months back and got caught up... they never took off their lock. a whole month went by... same thing made payment still to this day I try and try to contact the office staff it's been almost 2 months now. and no one will answer the damn phone! I need to get my things. but office staff only seems able to send me notices in the mail. not more nothing less. if you have a choice in the matter..... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANY STORAGE PURPOSES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS!!!!

No longer any friendly faces here as there are no people at this location. They went to a personless self-service kiosk model. This means no one is there to help you with questions or concerns. No one is there to monitor and manage the units - this feels like a safety and security risk for the belongings of the tenants. To top this off, there is no customer service to speak of. Sure, there's a contact number and email form but any responses you get are unhelpful canned replies at best and ignored at worst. Recently, I inquired about the return of my deposit on a unit that I had with the previous owner and was essentially ignored and told that I was SOL and to contact the other company. This is not possible as they do not exist and ceased to upon the transition. Further requests were ignored or told that they can't and won't help despite having taken on the assets and debts from the acquisition. I looked into the BBB and their local entries are not there - shocker. Looking at their entries in other states, the negative trend continues with reports of this company selling off tenants belongings even with a valid and ongoing contract. I definitely do not recommend this place. Avoid it at all costs and go elsewhere that actually has people that can be interacted with, held accountable with, and have real connections with.
