I got an oil change, my coolant replaced, and new wiper blades installed for $110 in total, and they checked/refilled all the other fluids, washed my windows, and vacuumed the interior of my car as well. I checked my oil ,nothing was on my dip stick ! Checked my oil filter ! Not screwd all the way down ! At that point I contacted the grease monkey location in Murry Kentucky. They told me to have my suv towed to there location they would pay for the tow ,put my suv on there there auto computer system at there shop and gladly fix the problem because it was there fault ! The next day I get a call from the tow company ! Grease monkey would not pay the tow bill ! After I followed the tow truck down to the Murry location that night to drop off my suv .the manager told the tow truck driver that grease monkey would be picking up the tow bill ! After the tow company called me telling me they would not pay the tow bill,I contacted the Murry location asking why they claimed after looking at my suv it was not the foult.if anyone has had issues with this location please contact me -*

If I could give them no stars I would. I went there to have a flat tire repaired and my oil…read morechanged. When they refilled the tire after the repair, a belt broke and I ended up having to buy a new tire. That was negative #1. The tires weren't balanced afterwards, so it rode with a shudder until we got someone else to fix it. The biggest problem I had was when they either were changing the oil or fixing the tire, they slammed my front bumper into something (my car is lower to the ground) cause damage to my driver's side bumper. Now I could have handled that better, but the kicker was, on my sheet that outlined what services were rendered, they put at the bottom that I came to them with my bumper like that. Which I absolutely did not, I think I would have known that happened had I been the one to do it. But because they lied on the paper, my lawyer said it was basically my world against theirs and that I probably would not have enough money to go against a big company such as Walmart, which is true. So I will have to repair all of the damage myself and warn any and everybody I can not to trust this place. I'm sure there is camera footage somewhere of what happened but, again, I'm only a nurse and do not make enough to fight this when it would be cheaper just to fix it myself.

1/4/2026 Bad review on W & J Automotive in Clarksville, TN…read more If I could rate him negative stars, I would. I was moving my grand-daughter from the Fort Campbell Army Base back to Texas. (Nov 13-16, 2025). Her 2009 Mitsubishi Galant had a problem that had to be fixed before we could leave the area. Car was blowing only cold air, no heat at all. I look for mechanics in the area, since I was flying in from Dallas, TX, I was not familiar with local mechanics. I called W&J Automotive and explained the problem to Wesley Darnell, the mechanic. He stated he knew exactly what the problem was, so I hired him to fix it. As it turns out, he either did not know, or took complete advantage of the situation. Based on his recommendations because he couldn't solve the problem, we ended up replacing the thermostat first, that did not fix the problem, then the blower motor, didn't help either, then the heater core, the blender door, and some resistor. After all this work was done, the repairs only produced lukewarm air, no heat. Wesley stated that the heat problem would be fixed the longer the car was driven. We left the area on Nov 16, 2025 and up to now, Jan. 4th, 2026, the car is not blowing hot air. Bottomline, we paid him over $1500.00 and the problem never got fixed. I have left phone messages for him several times, and not one response. I am giving this review to warn other potential victims not to deal with business. Frank in Texas.
