The layout for concessions was a…read morelittle confusing, but the employees were friendly and helpful and once we got it down it ran smoothly. We were only in line to pay for maybe a minute. The theatre seats are the puffy, fake leather, reclining ones. Mine worked fine and was comfy! I saw a few people bring in blankets and I may do that next time, but it was plenty warm in there. The sound and picture quality were great, if not maybe a little loud. The bathrooms could've been cleaner, but it did seem to be a busier night. I'd go back.

Opted for the second row which was far enough back to be able to still enjoy the experience. Other option was to go home. Once the feature started the theater was about half full. We had taken the last seats in Row B but at least six were empty throughout the film as were many further back. No reasonable explanation was given when we asked afterwards. Computer glitch? Broken seats? Will never know but we will consider other theaters in the future to avoid a reoccurrence.

With all of the greenery, and the domestic animals, I felt like I had spent time in the country. The theaters are looking a little thread bear, especially the seats. Specifically where you put your head a lot of the seats have the surface worn off and the head support. The bucket of popcorn refill and two pops and a candy was over $20. Sheesh! The theater was clean and the bathrooms were clean. This is my main movie going experience, because I don't have a car, and this is the closest movie theater. I still want to go and see a complete unknown the Bob Dylan story. They have a lot of movies playing, so you're bound to find something you like.

Well this time…read morewas a little different it is an odd thing that happened and probably doesn't happen all the time if ever but there was only 4 employees which none looked more than 16 or 17 years old and I don't blame them it is the manager problem and should have a lead person that is more experienced working with them. So we were in the film about 15 minutes and there was a thunderstorm that knocked out the electricity and then it came right back on but the fire alarm came on thought out the whole place and first we all waited about 15 minutes before an employee came in he told us to stay seated and they would be starting the film again and get the alarm off, 2 minutes later he came back and said everyone had to go to the lobby and the firemen would be turning off the alarm. So the whole lobby was full and the firemen men came but they had to check each theater room and they worked on turning off alarm. We stayed for 35 minutes but they still could not get the alarm to stop, so we asked for a voucher for another time and received it. You could clearly see that the employees were not trained for this kind of situation.

I took it and continued walking and said I'm in a rush (I still needed to get snacks and drinks before the movie) and he said it would only take 20 seconds. I told him I really didn't have any extra time and he said "well I'll need the gift card back." And I reiterated again I didn't have time and gave him the gift card back. I found this to be a rather aggressive soliciting tactic as soon as we walk in the door and it's unavoidable. Also the drink area was extremely messy with no garbage cans nearby to take care of straw wrappers. There were small shallow tins which we believed to be for trash but wasn't 100% sure because they didn't neatly fit straw wrappers.
