It was cooked just…read morethe way I like it (medium rare), and was nice and red inside but still warm (which is my favorite). However, my only complaint is that I felt the steak was under seasoned. I had to put more salt on it and even then, I wish it had been seasoned more with garlic powder or salt. Overall, the meal was tasty and cooked perfectly, but needs more seasoning. The fries were very tasty and salty. One of the table was a little wobbly though so it was a bit difficult to cut my steak without causing the whole table to move.

Inside of the place was like a cave but we sat outside on the terrace. The rest of my party were very happy with the Bistrot menu selection and the lamb.
