Never go here!! I have had many bad experiences with numerous cars, services, inquiries and have never, not once been pleased. I have always found it hard to be satisfied with getting my car services or find anyway in my north-east area of Adelaide, not even because I am small, female and blonde. But I regretfully took me car here, booked it in for a service, picked it up and almost keeled over the price and customer experience. After waiting at least 10 minutes in the makeshift "office", due to renovations, I was finally acknowledged by some rude man who's phone call I had clearly interrupted. I was palmed off to some apprentice who didn't speak a lot of English, who gave me my keys and said $700 please. I thought I had misunderstood him, unfortunately not. They had failed to inform me it was a major service and of the things they had done. I stood there in shock, and had to transfer money on my phone from my savings account as I was not prepared for this. I drove slowly home, thinking my whole fortnights pay had just gone to servicing this car. I spilled to my Dad as I got home and he rang and abused them, then my Mum, a renowned letter writer and complainer, tried to make her mark on them too. But to no avail, they completely disregarded what had happened and kept hand balling to different departments for reference. In the end, they are a big company, they got their money and they don't care if you come back, you are only one person. Staff were very friendly, I don't know what happened to the other reviewer, but I was told up front how much it was going to be for.my service, I quickly rang a few other Holden dealers before I gave the ok and found plaza Holden to be cheaper in most cases (1 other was the same price the rest dearer). Played ini mini miny mo witch pulley had to go replaced tension pulley harmonic balancer belt car still undriveable $780 later broke rubber on air con said fix free obviously was working when left car their car incomplete when fan cut in was unable to drive all weekend said still able to use air con ok if you want 40 degree heat blowing in your face on 35 degree day so no air con $780 still undriveable untested or they would know undriveable soon as thermo fan cuts in no compensation offered for inconvenience no loan car its actually a nightmare read more

No respect for peoples property or their customers. Scratches and nick"s out the paint work. After a brake fluid change fluid spillage in engine bay left with out clean up. They don't like to give you a price on any work until completed. They put cheap oil in your motor when servicing. They treat you like their your boss. Very Unsatisfactory. read more

Terrible service from staff. Like the other reviewer, I was shocked at just how bad the service was here. I put my car in for a recall update, and to replace timing belt. It was just out of new car holden warranty. The staff only called me once in the week they had the car, the rest was me calling them to see when the 'same day' job was going to be finished. No loan car available, possibly because for some deluded reason they keep saying it will be fixed the day after I call. Final straw with them was going to pick up the car, having a scruffy looking staffer acting like I was inconveniencing him by wanting my car back. Go to Peter Page at Elizabeth if you must see a holden dealer, but avoid this place like the plague! read more

Picked up my used car from them today. Overall I was impressed with the salesman, they didn't need to push me or anything and I never felt pressured. Being female some salesmen were over the top and I had been looking at cars for well over a year waiting for something that just felt right. Finally found the car, after driving it loved it. Dealing wasn't hard I had a set price in mind, yes I went slightly over that but I received a fair trade in price for my car. Collecting the car everything was in order. I was initially a bit disappointed with the genuine car mats I had put in, but on researching the Holden site, they just make non impressive mats and it wasn't Plaza Holden trying to do me over (why get genuine mats if their name isn't embroidered on them?). All the staff were very friendly when I collected the car and i appreciated having a photo taken with the kids who were all very excited by the ordeal. The review would have been perfect except when driving down the road I discovered that the petrol tank was completely empty???? The car I had traded in I left with half a tank of petrol left and it just really soured the experience that the first drive I'm going to make in the car is to the petrol pump. It may seem a small thing, but its the small things that count and I just didn't expect that the car would be completely empty. read more
