This was her 6th zoo visit within the past few years. This was, by far, the best zoo I have visited. I love how much there was to do here; from the deer feedings to train ride and safari, it's a great experience. The zoo is well-maintained, spacious, and beautiful. Very poor access to a public park for anyone who isn't in perfect condition. They guard wasn't very nice about it and just walked away. The price of entry was about $12 USD per person and it included a bag of food to be able to feed the fish and the birds. Now here is the best part!! The price ALSO includes LAZER TAG!! Farm animals are cute and for 3 years and up you can pay I think 150 pesos for a feeding experience. If I could go back I would skip feeding the flamingos as the attendant wasn't very friendly, the flamingos eat aggressively and it becomes a big splash zone. The fish are in good shape and lively. There's tons of animals to see. There were food options for my allergy child and a few places to get food and additional drink and snack station toward the playground and farm animals. The not so good: it's pricy for entry at least I think for the area. There should be places to wash hands or a hand sanitizer station nearby places like the fish touching, and farm animals. You have to go inside to one of the bathrooms to clean your hands after touching animals and I think it discourages a lot of people from actively washing their hands.

I had to go out of my way to talk to people from the other swimming pools to go to the water slides so they can be turned on. This is just wrong. I would give it a zero for customer service.

Plenty of shaded and picnic areas. Cool "Tarzan" park for the juniors. Skatepark available at no cost. Nice jogging trail. Conveniently on the same property as the Acuario Michin (aquarium which I reviewed and posted pictures on as well). Cons: They're closed on Mondays. The junior park can get overcrowded at times with children. Sometimes there's a minimal wait for the paddle boats (good so it doesn't overcrowd the lake/pond).
