Ok I have never had to use a laundromat before but when you have a large comforter you need to use…read morea larger machine than your home washing machine. We went in and the woman who works there was BEYOND helpful. First off, she came to the door when she saw me trying to bring the comforter in and she opened the door for me. She told me what machine to use and how to use it. She even said she would take care of it for us, washing and drying and we could go next door to the restaurant while it was being done. Hell ya, I'm down with that. I gave her $8 in ones for both washing and drying and we came back over an hour later and the comforter needed more time to dry so I got a chance to talk to this woman who I found out her name was Karen. I asked her "do you own this place" and she said no. I told her, you would think you do because you are so kind and so helpful. I mean beyond helpful, it's just so no 2020, it's more like 1920's helpful which is so nice during these challenging times. If you are the owner of this establishment and you read this review, please make sure you take care of your employee Karen as she is amazing. I wish I owned a business because I might steal her from you to work for me!! She is literally one in a million!

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. I had to come to wash laundry while on a two week vacation as…read morethe washer is not available at our air b&b. The floors are filthy. The washers are old, broken and the outsides of them appear to not have been cleaned since this place opened. The public areas are not tidy or organized. A desk with a rotting chair and shelves with someone's messy hoard. I can't say that I'm not worried that I'll walk away with bedbugs or some other issue from this place. I'm so skeeved out and annoyed to have to spend any amount of time from my vacation in this dump. So vile. No attendant on site. After I loaded 6 loads of laundry (three loads of towels) into the dryers. I put about $15 in quarters into the dryers. Not one of the dryers had heat. I had to load everything into bags and go to a different laundromat to dry everything. Needless to say, I have lost half a day of vacation to this and I'm out $15. If you need to do laundry...head over to Jack's Scrub board! It's clean, bright, nice people who work there and everything works.

I have gone to this location in Marshfield twice now and have been pleasantly surprised each time. The staff are extremely friendly and informative. Upon my first visit, I spoke directly with the tailor about a pair of jeans I wanted hemmed and she explained to me the different styles/stitching I could choose from. The turnaround time was very reasonable (each within a week) and my clothing items came out perfect. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality tailoring/alterations at very affordable prices. Items I had hemmed: khakis, jeans, dress pants, sweatpants

When I came to pick my clothes up and gave her my ticket, she told me that my clothes had already been picked up and barely gave me the time of day. When I told her repeatedly that I hadn't picked up my clothes, she was rude and dismissive. She even tried to suggest that I "didn't remember picking them up" or that "somebody else picked them up and that I should figure it out." At that point, I refused to leave without answers and kept urging her to use other methods to figure out where my clothes were instead of just scanning my ticket and shrugging. Finally after essentially begging her, she agreed to find my clothes, and what do ya know, she found them. Instead of apologizing, she started blaming the person who was working the day I dropped off my clothes. When I informed her that that person was her, she told me it wasn't. I was a customer here for over 10 years, but recently I started going elsewhere. I don't feel comfortable going to a dry cleaner where losing customer's clothing and blaming them for it is the norm.
