Middle to upper class type place. They have a very nice clean building with a friendly helpful girl working the desk. They have a really good selection of queen and plus size lingerie for us busty gals. Nice clean fitting room/bathroom with shelves and mirrors. The whole store smells like apple cinnamon and is dust/clutter free. I'm taking a star off for their lack of other inventory and small alt section. They had a lot of empty spaces. I'm also taking a star away for the high volume adult movie theater. I'm not opposed to them, I just think it had a bad door location. Guys walk through the front door then turn to go through another door. From the 5 or 6 I saw go in they panicked seeing a girl in the store then fumbled with the other door and slammed it behind them in embarrassment. The guys leaving pretty much did the head down run of shame out the front. Constant double door open and slam the whole time you're in there. I think there should be a side door or hallway for them to walk down instead of slam run slam. They offer AARP and military discounts. They have ladies night once a week with a discount as well. read more

I purchased a gift for a friend -the box says fits all sizes (in this case beds) which it didn't and the quality of it was very low. I tried to get store credit on a return two days later and was told they don't except ANY returns as the counter girl with a snotty attitude pointed to this tiny sign about 3 inches tall hidden behind a bunch of items on the counter. So I'm out 80$ Now. Great way to treat your customers. I also want to add i can totally understand not being able to return an item that would be contaminated by body fluids (that i understand). But this wasn't the case everything was still sealed and was not anything that would be used like that And who goes thru a Buisness and starts moving their items around to read tiny signs all over the place. Maybe telling people when they purchase stuff that may have size requirements that there are no returns would be a better option. read more

Usually I can never find "items" with the size and shape that I like. This place always has the best selection of realistic looking items. That's the other thing, I like them to look realistic, not like plastic, unless it's shaped nice and weird. Some places don't carry the extremely large versions of toys, which I don't like all the time, but sometimes I just want to get annihilated and it's frustrating when i can't find what I need to get the job done. With such a nice selection, it's fun to just stop in and browse. I'm very comfortable with the staff their and they are never creepy or weird. It's a fun place to stop by even if you just want to laugh. read more

Great place to shop when you want to spice up things in the bedroom. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place.
