I really had a very good experience when using a Via rail service. It was my first time. I really wanted to thank you all the team that was working on Tuesday at 6 am at the Toronto Union Station. I had 2 suitcases , and I was wondering how I will manage without cart. At my surprise I got assisted by a really nice lady from Via rail. She carried one of my suitcase till the inside of the train. When I arrived to Dorval Qc. The same service was offered to me. Two employees carried my 2 suitcases till the bus navet for the airport. I really enjoyed my stress free trip by train and I planned to use Via Rail from now on. Thank for the team of Tuesday February 7th ,2023 in the morning. read more
