First time visiting the Brockton location, I am familiar with the Milton location. I ordered my usual (Nutella açaí bowl, no coconut flakes with extra Nutella). Although my bowl did not have the extra Nutella like I am used to and also there were some open spaces inside of my bowl, (Milton usually fills my bowl up, no open spaces inside the bowl) I'm rating this a 4 out of 5 because it's just so delicious. Smoothie is good but the college girls that work there have no customer service skills. I just stood there without being greeted. Once someone was available to help, I told them I was picking up, gave them my name and they just walked away. Not one moment did I feel welcomed into this space. Came in for a simple smoothie, was not greeted for 12 minutes while workers stood around on their phones. When I was helped, I was given attitude and proceeded to wait for my smoothie for another 10 minutes. This was all while they stood and talked and played on their phones. The juices are good! Weekdays you get better service. Weekends are busy, staff will not acknowledge you standing there for 10mins or more.

The açai was not as good the kids that work there don't know how to listen to peoples orders. Also they like to flirt with each other and it takes a while to get the order. read more
