I had requested a TeleMed appointment, but instead was scheduled for an in-person visit 45 minutes away. When I arrived, I was told it would only be a consultation--no injections. After the consultation, the Botox prescription was sent to Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacy called me and said they had no idea why Botox had been prescribed through them, which created even more confusion and delays. Two weeks later, on the day of my injection appointment, the office called about an hour and a half beforehand to confirm my appointment. Then, less than 45 minutes before the appointment, while I was already on my way, they called again to cancel because they had not received the Botox. Dealing with chronic migraines is difficult enough without repeated scheduling issues, miscommunication, and last-minute cancellations. Unfortunately, my experience felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish.

They care less of their patients. They don't respect their patients requests, none of them want to hear what they want to say. Does not refill prescriptions when they are up for refill. Then I call/ email telling them that it's time to refill for my partner. They do fill them 3-4 days after partner is out & that changes his mood . These people are only there for the paycheck!! It's already hell living with someone who has Schizophrenia & to see him suffer while Life Stance is laughing behind his back!! I know it's worse for him that has to deal with the voices the paranoia! But to not treat their patients is absolutely disgusting! They're only showing their selves as IDIOT's!! I also had my records sent to my primary care physician here in Washington I understand her position but I don't understand here saying I am a addict When I call spoke to a manager who promised me I would get a call from upper management in 2 days. I had to call back no calls from them. Here is my problem how does someone come up with that diagnosis in 15 minutes. Never taking time to request and review my records. Today I received a bill with the full amount due, as they now deny ever accepting the new insurance provider which I verified with them at the beginning. I received a call from the Director trying to argue they never took that insurance, despite my clear memory of speaking with the intake person/receptionist. There is a great speech therapist there, but he is leaving this business fortunately.
