I really don't understand the negative reviews regarding the staff. I absolutely disagree. Cody and Amanda are stupendous. They treat people with respect and warm welcome.

Again, this was at 5:00 PM and there were a dozen golfer on the range. The till shouldn't have been closed as their website say they close at 6:00 PM. The food is really nice, I have no idea on price because it was comped. I presume it costs an arm and a leg. The golf course is a full 18 hole course with a driving range. I played a friendly tournament here and I remember it being very challenging because of the trees surrounding the fairways. I distinctly remember one hole being very close to the other so you have to make sure you hit it on the right fairway. All in all, I enjoyed my experiences here and I'm looking forward to more experiences here in the future without paying the annual fee!

There were two foursomes in front of the group in front of me. They made the pace impossibly slow. Like 25+ minutes per hole. At a professional golf club someone would have checked on them and asked them to move quicker. Not here! I eventually had to skip 2 holes just to pass them. I don't know why all the high reviews honestly. I think for what it is a $10 9 hole round is a fair price, $15-20 with a cart. Price was $32 for 9 holes. Canyon River is like $38 for 9 holes. If you're an experienced golfer trust me just go spend the extra $6. Now, if you want to just practice or bring your family to golf this is a great place! Summary- the guy who worked there said that they have better greens than Canyon Grove. That is true... but unfortunately that is the only thing that is better about Highlands.
