There is a small exercise room downstairs with a few ellipticals and treadmills as well as different weight machines, meant more for beginners. Upstairs is much larger with a lot of cardio machines, as well as more advanced weight machines and free weights. Eclipse has a group fitness schedule that changes as well. The locker room is a decent size and is clean. The lockers use digilocks on them which are electric locks that use a 4digit personal code each time you use a locker. These are very easy to use and great bc you dont have to buy a lock. Locker rooms also have both a sauna and steam room as well as showers. The gym is also connected to the comfort inn hotel which makes it very easy for hotel guests to use the fitness center

Easy to check in with my Black Card and find a locker to secure my stuff. The thirty minute circuit worked well with no problems. Two other people there and we managed to work around each other pretty well. After, shower was good for hot water but again with the "no shelf" for my stuff. Big enough and clean (even though I always wear shower shoes) but balancing my shampoo and such on the floor is a pain. Plenty of parking and super easy to find in the shopping center. My experience with both instructors was awful. My daughter came out of dance pale and dehydrated…read moreand panicked. When she explained to me she has asked her instructor twice for a water break and she was told no. The children (my daughter is 8) have to keep water bottles outside dance room due to spillage however my daughter was told that she wasn't allowed to open the door and this was all confirmed during my discussion with the owner. So not only did they not let her have water they denied her freedom to leave the room to meet her needs. I of course un-enrolled her and suggest no parent who regards their child's SAFETY attend this studio. This owner wasn't in the least concerned about this which shows it is frequent that they deny water breaks. Not even an adult does heavy physical activity for an hour without hydration if they want to be safe. After trying to say this has never happened in 13 years the owner admitted that it's not a concern or issue that her instructor did this to young kids. The instructor admitted to denying my daughter water and denied exit of the dance room. These people do not care about the safety of your children.
