Theres a young lady working the front counter today November 2 at 2:36 PM she has two braids a black T-shirt And a disgustingly nasty attitude. I came in to do cash for clothes and didn't realize Wednesdays this location does not buy clothes. i was making a video for content and as she sees me reading the sign she very rudely spoke to me Telling me you can't sell your clothes here today anyway and we don't except trash bags anymore. It wasn't what she said it was the nasty demeanor and her rude tone. I decided to buy two purses and was asking the others representative questions About the changes and she starts to answer for her because the lady i asked was new ...again with a nasty attitude as if my questions were bothering her. She then got really nasty with me told me the managers name was chris "i think" and that he would be here at 10 am the next day and i could come speak to him if i had a problem. ive been in customer service over 10 years and would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. I will be back but only to let Chris or the owner know how their establishment is being run. the marietta location has better pieces and much better customer service dont waste your time .

Used clothes if you time it right they have nice name brand clothes at fair prices. The place will even take your clothes you want to sell as long as they are in season and in good shape.

These are the clothes I tried to sell, see any PET HAIR??? No I think not.

So if you have any clothes like these, don't even try.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because of what they said about the clothes I tried to sell there, which I will talk about later. First off, the store was nice, well lit, organized, and clean. The clothes there were the same as any other Plato's Closet and where mostly priced well. The workers there greeted me and sightly told me what to do for selling my clothes. (thankfully I have done this before at another Plato's) BUTTT here is the kicker, I drove 1.5 hours to get there from Rome, GA. Which was way out of my way. And I did tell them this. All of my clothes are name brand, rue21, hollister, etc. And they where all nicely folded and clean in a tote bin of mine. And once they "looked" through them, the black lady working there said she couldn't take ANY. Why did she say this.....? She explained that they had too much pet hair on them!!!! BUT WAIT?!?! I've never owned a dog or cat in my life nor is there pets in or around my apartment....... and the clothes have 0 hair on them. WHAT THE HECK?!?!?! I saw that she flipped over about 3 shirts then closed the bin. Which means she didn't even bother to look at them and made some random excuse to not even bother with me..... I had driven all the way there for nothing... I did buy a pair of bran-new vans sneakers for my boyfriend though.... and a few shirts for myself which where all nice..... I'd suggest just selling your clothes on ebay. (insert badword here) this store.........

Here's a polished, comprehensive review based on your experience:…read more An Absolute Gem -- Outstanding Service from a True Family Business I've been searching for a place that could bring my vision to life on a custom shirt, and after coming up short everywhere else, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Customer Apparel. This isn't just another mall store -- it's a family-owned business with three locations (Kennesaw, Columbus, Ohio, and even Tokyo!), and that family-first mentality absolutely shows in the way they treat their customers. From the moment I walked in, Noah set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. He didn't just take my order -- he listened. He asked the right questions, understood exactly what message I was trying to convey, and brought a level of creativity and expertise to the process that I genuinely hadn't encountered anywhere else. He helped me design a shirt that said everything I wanted it to say, in a way I hadn't even been able to articulate myself before walking through that door. What really impressed me was the combination of quality, speed, and price. I expected to have to sacrifice at least one of those three -- but Noah delivered on all fronts. The turnaround was incredibly fast, the end result exceeded my expectations, and the price was more than fair. That trifecta is rare, and it speaks to the kind of operation Customer Apparel runs. This is the kind of local, family-owned business that deserves every bit of community support it gets. Whether you're looking for a custom design or just need something done right the first time, look no further. I will absolutely be back, and I'll be bringing friends. If you're near any of their locations, do yourself a favor and stop in -- ask for Noah if you can. You won't be disappointed.

June 3rd: Our experience at David's Bridal at the Kennesaw location in Georgia, did not go as…read moreexpected. My daughter, Emma, who bought a dress three years ago for a different ceremony, brought in the dress to try on and embellish so that she could wear it. Once she put the gown on, she burst into tears, saying "this is not my dress anymore". I then told her that we were standing in David's Bridal shop and that she should go and find her dress for this ceremony to a wonderful man. So we went onto the floor and had some help from a floor attendant who chose some dresses for Emma to try on. The first thing that I was very disappointed in was our dress attendant who was on her phone all the time while after Emma had stepped out of her dressing room to show the dress. Every photo that I wanted to take of Emma in a dress, there she was in the background on her phone, completely ignoring my daughter. To say that I was unimpressed is putting it mildly. If we ever go back to this particular David's Bridal shop, I will not ask for or work with this individual again. Once Emma found her gown, she loved it so much that she literally walked from the floor into alterations (we had back-to-back appointments so we had plenty of time) and this amazing woman in alterations (5 for her), sat on the floor and shortened the front of the gown so that Emma could walk down the aisle without tripping... Leaving the back of the gown with it's full length and quite beautiful. My dress for Emma's ceremony was also altered and we were given a date for Pick-Up on both gowns. July 11th: Emma and I arrived for final fittings and to pick up the gowns. Emma try on her gown, and the length was absolutely perfect. So we had the alterations team pack up the gown to travel. BTW... David's Bridal shop DOES NOT offer free gown bags for their wedding dresses. I tried on my dress, and without any help from anybody within their alterations(1 for today's team), but thanks to my my daughter, we looked over the dress and deemed it worthy to wear at her ceremony. We then had the alterations department pack up my dress so that we could bring it home. Now, maybe I have watched way too many "say yes to the dress" to think that every bridal shop would make sure that the dress was ready to walk down the aisle. So for me to make the assumption that Emma's wedding gown was ready for her to walk down the aisle in, I had not looked at it until today. When I opened the bag and hung up the dress, I noticed that the bodice was heavily jeweled on the left side, but barely had any jewels on the right side. There was also frayed tool around the lace appliqué that was not cleaned up, and there were threads that were hanging out pretty much all over the dress. Now, making sure that those threads were not going to hinder any of the stitching of the dress bodice, I proceeded to clean up the threads sticking out of the gown. I also cleaned up any of the tool that was stitched around the lace appliqué, again, making sure that it wasn't going to destroy any part of the lace, so that it didn't look "messy". It's a wonderful thing that I have, in my latter years, begun to make jewelry and rosaries. This craft allotted me a great deal of beads, jewels, gems, and pearls. I then proceeded to add identical beading to the right side of the bodice so that it would at least balance out with the left side of the bodice. (before and after photos attached) So I guess the moral of my story is this... Do not think that because you saw it on the TV, that your bridal shop will do their very best to make sure that the dress that you purchased is 100% ready to walk down the aisle. Make sure you go over the entire dress while you are still in the shop if possible... that is one mistake that I absolutely made. The positive side... I was able to add my own very special touch to my daughters wedding gown. The moment that she puts it on will be absolutely PRICELESS!!

I went to the counter an they said: $150.00 - OK, for 1 pair??? yes ma'am but you will love them because they will fit you perfectly. I paid the $150.00 and they made me a pickup date for 30 day later - being the 9th of March. Today, I was so excited to pickup my "best fitting jeans ever" and when I put them on, they were as bad as when I left them there! I told the associate that these didn't even look like they had been altered at all! The seamstress came in and told me that the fabric is stretchy and she couldn't take them up anymore because of that --- well, that's a bunch of garbage because I also can sew, I just didn't want to do it myself and the fact that the fabric is stretchy had nothing to do with they didn't cut enough off and the jeans were still an inch too large on both legs; and why did it cost $150.00 to run 2 seams??? I told them it was a terrible job and I would NEVER be back there for any reason! I do not recommend them because they did not do what they said they were going to do ; and the amount they charged was out of this world as well as their time frame to get them back. The fact that they lied about their mistake of how much to remove to begin with. ALL IN ALL - JUST A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TOO MUCH MONEY , AND TOO MUH TIME ---- I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
