Tint job was immaculate and UV/IR rejection is top notch. I got a fix-it ticket 8 days later for having the front done too dark. (35% transparency on all windows and windshield) I called to schedule a retint expecting to pay for another install. Joab who worked on my car went out of his way and offered to swap out the front windows and windshield with 70% transparency tint for just the cost of materials. Without getting into the numbers just know I found it to be an incredibly kind and generous gesture. Detail and polish was also well done. I called around 10 shops looking for a company to remove a stain off my center console. It was a pink stain and i have a tan leather console. Nothing i did worked and every shop i called told me to schedule an appointment or they will call me back with a date. I called Platinum Plus Detailing and spoke with Miguel, very very nice guy. I told him my issue and he said come down and him and his team will take a look and if they can take care of it they will, if not will give me options/solutions to handle it myself if needed. I went down and Joab came out (the owner) again very nice guy. I told him i talked to Miguel and the issue, he said Miguel was on a call and he will help me out. Went looked at the stain and he tried a few things and it didn't work. He asked me if we can try this other chemical it is a little harsher and might take away the leather dye a little, i said thats fine. We tried it and it removed the pink stain, but not the dye. It took a good amount of it off and was very faint. He explained to me with this type of leather you do not want to rub it harshly because it will remove the dye so you need to be careful. I asked him how much, and he said that he wasn't going to charge me and not to worry about it. Service was great, team was great, owner is great! I am more than happy with them even though i was not a paying customer, but if i need something which they offer I will definitely be coming here. read more

Took in my 23 Camry with black paint for the first time. Hasn't been washed since all the rain that came in the last couple weeks so a lot of dirt and water marks that have been sitting on the car for a while. A team of 3 arrived at my driveway and did an amazingly thorough job in just under 2 hours. After my initial call, all communication and payment was electronic via texts - and I really appreciate that convenience. (Covid-19 note) The crew was masked when they interacted with me and I was easily able to keep my distance. That was a relief since I'm extra cautious in these times. A few days later, I took the car to CarMax to get an appraisal -- just so I would know the bottom end of what my car was worth. Amazingly, I received an offer for $1000 over KBB... from CarMax! That never happens and I happily took their offer. I pretty sure it was because the car looked so good and I can attribute most of that to Prestige Plus. I was planning to get the ceramic done in December. However, last week my car was washed by a guy I never used before (my regular guy was not available), big mistake. He ended up using a crusty old towel that put swirls all over my car. I sent pics of the damage to Joab and he suggested a 2-stage paint correction, which would fix it. So instead of getting the ceramic done next month, I got both done this week and it took about a day and a half. Joab is very responsive and easy to work with. He even sent a video at the end of the first day to keep me posted on the progress. When I arrived, my car looked perfect. Joab really deliver beyond my expectations. 01.06.2023 9:00AM I just bought a 2023 Mercedes Benz EQS 580 4Matic full electric SUV and I wanted to protect the front end from rock chips. I called around to get an estimate to wrap the whole front end with PPF. I received a lot of calls from pushy saleman. Than I got a text from Joab at Platinum plus. He explaining all my options. He doesn't sound like a pushy saleman so I setup an appointment to get my EQS wrapped. I met him at his shop 8AM Friday. He was very friendly and professional. Showed me around his shop so I left him with my EQS. He promised I can pick it up 9AM Sunday. He did a great jobs wrapping the front end and finish it on time as promised, no excuses. I will be back to wrap the rest of the SUV later on. I recommended Joab and Platinum Plus detailing to anyone who want a professional job that is done right the first time.
