She didn't…read moresimply guide us through the process (which, I'll add, she did so wonderfully), but she really cared about finding the exact right fit for us. She never pushed us to make a decision too quickly, tried to convince us that we needed something more expensive than our range, or tried to brush away our concerns in favor of trying to close a deal. In fact, Melanie's knowledge and attention to detail caught red flags in properties that we never would have known to look for, saving us wasted time or even major headaches had we moved forward with those properties! Melanie is extremely detail-oriented and frequently was reaching out with properties she thought were a good fit (and they genuinely were properties that met our specific requirements -- not some general email blast). She is also extremely responsive and very fast at setting up showings, which is so crucial in such a fast-paced market. When we finally found "the one", Melanie worked tirelessly to make sure we closed quickly and on time. She even helped us negotiate with the seller after the inspection to put some money back in our pockets. She really didn't have to do that, as she knew the deal was going to go through regardless. But she genuinely went above and beyond what she had to do, and for that we are so grateful. In fact, we raved about Melanie so much that the owner of the condo we were renting hired her to sell the condo after we moved out (it closed in less than two months!!)

I highly recommend Jack Hill to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Luckily, I had Meredith Adhate to guide me through these turbulent times. Meredith was amazing, carefully answering every question I had with either detailed responses, or a referral to someone better equipped to answer the question, ex. realty related vs legal related. As a first-time buyer I did not have the contacts built out for the necessities, ex. Inspections, attorney, etc. Everyone she referred me to was just as helpful and friendly as Meredith is. I can not stress enough how much of a joy it was working with Meredith, her patience, dedication, and knowledge lead me through the initial search, bid, and closing of my first home, and I could not be happier with the experience! If you are looking for a home in New Haven County, Meredith Adhate is your best bet!

When I was struggling with an unresponsive lender she had the contacts to set me up with one who got me approved same day. I strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home in Connecticut work with Meredith!

We approached her to be our agent for us as she appeared to us to be the sales leader of the Milford Shoreline and even has a Luxury Waterfront Division. Given our lengthy search up until that point, and our super picky home requirements, I told her I would be her most difficult customer ever. From that day on, she was always so positive that she would find us our dream home. Shortly after starting to work with her, we gave her a list of homes that we were attracted to based on our research and she did a mailing to those homeowners to see if they would sell. During our search, we often would get frustrated that we weren't finding what we were looking for, but her never ending positivity pumped us up and kept us focused on the search. Well, she delivered on her promise to find us our dream home and we are so happy! Not only are we happy to have found this dream home, and helped us get it for a great price, but we now have Stacy as our neighbor = triple win! Since we were so super satisfied with her team in our search for a new home, we decided to list our then current home in Shelton with Stacy Blake Realty as well. Her marketing and negotiation skills on our sale resulted in us selling for much over asking price! Stacy Blake Realty, LLC is a family driven organization which results in a more personalized, non-sterile corporate type treatment. Stacy is the hardest working broker/agent in the field who always has your best interests in mind and in her big heart. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods is unparalleled because she has sold so many properties in those neighborhoods over the years. In fact, I believe she has sold some of the same homes, multiple times! She somehow finds the time in a 24 hour day to give all her customers such fantastic personal service and attention. You will be glad if you decide to work with the family at Stacy Blake Realty, LLC.
