Regardless of how nice and varied Vesta's selection is, it is worth nothing until it has been…read moreinstalled. - Ordered countertops in Jan'22 - Had to argue with them to finally get them in to template the cut. This was done in the last week of Sept'22 - Initially we were told that it would be 10 working days from template to delivery - As of today (mid-October) we are still waiting for some kind of confirmation as to secure an install date - Too many phone calls and messages go unanswered (customer service is out the window). Reading other reviews, I can see that this has been an ongoing issue since at least 2017! - Our contractor, electrician and gas fitter are all on hold and new appliances cannot be connected (so they sit on the floor waiting for...Vesta) - They have our money but we are still waiting for our counters. I cannot recommend this company.

Under no circumstances would I recommend dealing with Vesta. Five months now, four install visits,…read moreand our counters are still improperly installed such that the manufacturer will not warranty. Communication is painful: calls go unreturned, and on the rare occasion email is returned, it is either short or unhelpful or both. When I escalated our profound unhappiness to the owner in writing, I received a cold, defensive, and curt reply. Difficult to fathom how a company that treats its customers so poorly can remain in business. Our counters were never cut properly the first or even second time - and as of this writing, still aren't. Our mistake was not heeding the cautionary advice of our (really amazing) general contractor, who stopped dealing with them twenty years ago for reasons just like this. In speaking with more trades (5-6) who have put time in on our kitchen and bath renovation, I have yet to encounter one person with a positive comment about Vesta. Perhaps most egregiously, Vesta put through a final credit card charge without authorization, before final sign off and customer acceptance and then refused to reverse the transaction upon protest and request. We are preparing a submission to the Better Business Bureau. Terribly managed company; avoid at all costs.

If I could give less stars I would,I went there to have an impact drill and circular saw fixed, I…read morestarted talking to the lady there which was a decently pleasant conversation and she called the repair guy into the conversation who I believe is the owner and it started to go bad from there, I brought my saw in because the blade was wobbling a bit when using, he proceeded to tell me in all his experience he has never seen that and had to argue to him to please take the tool and check it out , the impact drill had a bad switch and asked him to replace that and informed him that if there are any costs as I expected everything was under warranty to not do the work and let me know I would deal with it, I got a call about 3 weeks later saying he was not able to fix impact because there was no problem with it another argument ensued to insist to him to look it over again and find the problem (the tool would stop working at random times) and the saw was ready , they called me back a couple of weeks later and told me both tools were repaired and they were ready for pick ,I confirmed no charge for both repairs, he then called me back about 2 hours later and told me there was a mistake and the drill was still waiting for parts, they then called me back about 2 weeks later and told me both tools repaired and I again confirmed no charge, When I went into the store to pick up my tools he presented me with a bill of $84 and change , There was a nic in my cord so he said that was a safety issue had to be changed , $24 for a cord $3 for a bolt and some other item for $2 and $45 for labour, here goes another argument , his response was to remove the cord he installed and the bolt and give me back my saw in pieces , I brought him a fully functional saw and he gave it back me non functional and in pieces where all he had to do is cut off about a foot of cord to where the nic was and reinstall, they also inscribed numbers on the top of my impact which would not be able to be removed unless it is sanded out, during one of our conversation he felt the need to ask me I quote "what do you expect you bought the cheapest quality of Milwaukee", these were both Milwaukee tools,he also told me to F%!@#% off up about 3 times and flipped me the bird in front of my kids, you may be thinking I might have gotten all hot and started a ruckus but the harshest thing i said to him is that I gave him a working tool and he returned it broken, he banned me from returning to his store thinking somehow in his delusional state of mind that I would ever return after that incident , this is not a shop you want to go to , got to Ottawa fastener or Jean Cayer. this guy is brutal as has been mentioned by other reviewers it was very stressing dealing with this shop.
