Their pricing was extremely competitive and they provided excellent customer and professional communication. They did not try to up-sell us, and were accommodating to our budget & last-minute changes. I have worked with other local vendors in the past, who provide similar equipment rentals and set-up services for special events and conventions etc. They notoriously sent very low bids on the front-end, and then tacked on all (relatively industry-standard) set-up fees etc after the event. As a savvy consumer, I encourage you to do your homework and always check out the competition; I'm definitely glad that I did! (I just wish I had found them years ago!) I'm sure we will use Veal Services again in the future for events at the BJCC. They are local, family-owned company. Kelli is a wonderful resource for anything related to wedding planning in Birmingham, which proved to be a huge help since we are fairly new to the area. Both Kelli and Daniel take stunning photographs and each manages to somehow capture those little moments on THE DAY that later make for heirloom pictures. Finding parking wasn't bad and the venue is very spacious. My friend knows how to throw a good party so of course it was decorated beautifully and had awesome entertainment. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the outdoor space was so nice. My husband and I had a great time and we will definitely keep this venue in mind for the future.
