Our Maternity shoot took place in February of 2018 at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and despite the incredibly cold weather, Amy was able to capture wonderful photos. For our other sessions we met Amy at her sweet little studio and the pictures were absolutely adorable! Her prices are incredibly fair and her turnaround time is quick. Our son has changed so much over the first few months of his life and we are glad we invested in some high quality photos to capture his sweet looks! At first we were nervous that our baby would cry and be fussy throughout the photo shoot, but Bindu knew all the tricks to keep our baby amazingly calm during the entire session. We used another photo booth company in the past, but FlashBar has more "perks", such as "Boomerang" option if you like, or you can take a standard photo. Plus, you get to choose your backdrop from a wide variety. Also, each picture can be emailed or texted to you immediately- your choice for each photo! Lastly, the props were really cute and unique. Not just the typical ones you always see. There were some really funny ones and so many from which to choose. The photographer was really nice, fun, patient, accommodating and professional. She led me through the whole process, got all of the details she needed from me (contracts, etc.) and handled the rest on her own. I honestly couldn't believe how easy she made everything. From that point on, Courtney went behind the scenes and spoke with all of my vendors to nail down final details and to make sure they were committed to our timelines. I didn't even know all of the work she was doing because she didn't bombard me with details, only reached out when something extra needed to happen or if she had a question, and ensured that I need not worry... she truly had everything handled. Because of Courtney and Invision Events, I was able to actually ENJOY my wedding weekend rather than be worried about all of the little details. I got to live in the moment and honestly had the most relaxing, laid back day before the ceremony started all because of her help. She even kept up with my phone, bag, etc. It's the little things that count!! Friends kept asking me the month of the wedding, "What can I help with? Do you still have a lot to do?"
