She has mobility issues but can still get around fairly well using her walker and is very coherent. I was not able to continue caring for her full-time and was seeking a location that was close to her sister and other close family members who she had been missing. I was worried that mom wouldn't like living elsewhere but Dania and her care team have made her transition seamless since she moved in earlier this year. Mom LOVES it at Dania's Senior Care Hime! The house is immaculate and very "homey" in that it feels warm and inviting. Dania and the team treat her like family and go above and beyond every day to make sure she feels loved, cared for and that she matters. Mom has a nice, structured schedule which helps because she needs routine and consistency. But it's not so rigid where she does not have some autonomy when she wants or needs it. She has a lovely private room with view of the lovely back patio. We decorated her room so that it feels peaceful and comfortable, with reminders of home and family members who love her. Dania keeps me updated regularly on my mom's day-to-day activities, daily walks, favorite meals and random videos of her doing her exercises. I visit once a week and FaceTime, but I cannot stress how at ease I feel knowing that my mom is cared for so well. I never have to worry about her well/being because I am always in the loop and they really do go above and beyond to ensure she's happy and healthy. The peace of mind I have is immeasurably and I thank the heavens for Dania.

Everyone who visited commented on how clean and sparkling it is at the home in such a peaceful neighborhood with a nice yard and patio. I loved that our room was bright with a big window and a door to the backyard. I can't believe how flexible, patient, loving, and accommodating the team was, since my mom was not a happy camper about being in hospice. She gave them a hard time for 15 months yet the team was so understanding and loving the entire time. I also appreciated that Dania developed menus unique to my mom's tastes and limitations.

My 91 year old Mother-in-law lost everything except for her kitty in the Palisades fire. She has lived with my husband and myself since January 2025. We felt that she needs to socialize and be active to enhance her quality of life. The staff at Fairwinds made that happen. We had ordered furniture, but it was not in yet. Jen and Tony organized the setting up of the entire apartment. They moved furniture, dishes, towels, bedding etc. from one of the models. They placed snacks, kitty treats, flowers, balloons and even a wreath and sign on the front door welcoming her. Fairwinds community is a clean, bright and cheery community. They offer PE classes, movies, games, outings and more. They have the residents engaged mentally and physically. There is a variety of delicious food offered daily as well. We are a family that has lived in West Hills for 30 years and raised our children here. We saw Fairwinds being built 25 years ago. Had friends place their loved ones at Fairwinds. I have never heard of any negative experiences from anyone! That is why this was our first choice. Our Mom always had a great big smile on every time Terry came into her room. Mom loved her very much. Before Mom went to live there she had really bad allergies but after one day all her allergies were gone. This home is so clean that she didn't need medications, inhalers and cortisone injections. Amazingly clean. Her staff is happy and so sweet to the residents. The food surprised me. Nothing canned they always made everything from scratch. Chicken, Turkey, spaghetti and meat balls, meat loaf, fresh vegetables and potatoes. She even prepared fish and all the residents loved it. We celebrated Moms birthday there; had a really nice party. Don't hesitate to put your loved one here!!

And it truly feels like a HOME rather than a "facility." My Mother has Alzheimers, and she is one of five elderly women living at Miracle. They are cared for by Diana and Ana - two amazing ladies who feel like family rather than caretakers. Every time I walk in the house, I'm greeted by Diana's smiling face and the smell of home cooking. And every time I leave, I actually feel great rather than feeling guilty for not having my Mom live with us. (She lived with us for two years after my father passed away, and it became untenable. My Mom is much calmer and happier now.) I honestly don't know how Diana and Ana do it - they have endless patience and warmth and compassion. Every time I visit, my Mom hugs Diana and tells me that she's her best friend. It is the most heartwarming feeling to see how happy she is. I should also mention Rima, who manages Miracle and a few other similar homes in the Valley. We were originally looking at one of the other homes because there was a vacancy, but after meeting my Mother, Rima suggested Miracle because she thought it would be a better fit for my Mom. She was clearly more interested in making sure my Mother was happy rather than trying to fill a bed. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who run it. We feel so blessed to have found Miracle.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to "Miracle Assisted Living". Mom has been there for about two months. I asked for a tour and was greeted warmly by Rima, the administrator, and Diana, one of the caregivers. During the tour I was very impressed by how welcoming the home was. Diana and Susan, the other caregiver, keep the home very clean and organized. The home is built to accommodate people with handicaps with ramps and handicap bathrooms. Diana and Susan are always busy, either cooking the homemade meals, cleaning, or attending to one of the other residents. Both of the ladies take their jobs very seriously. Rima is very compassionate and understands what an emotional toll it must be to have your loved one taken care of by someone else. It's comforting to know that my mother is always clean, well fed and comfortable. I feel very blessed to have Rima, Diana and Susan helping me during this difficult time.
