My partner and I took our three dogs to a nearby park and when they were done playing, they were STANKY! Lucky for us, this washing station wasn't far and it was just what we needed. You pay via credit card for a certain amount of minutes-then you can use whatever tool you want for that time. A hose with water, soap, dryer, etc. We were able to get all three of our dogs washed in about 20 minutes. We skipped the dryer since it was a nice day out and they would prefer to air dry than the loud dryer anyway. The only real challenge is that it gets pretty hot in there and when the sliding door is open for ventilation, the tiny dog can get through the slats and escape-which she did. If you're not outnumbered by dogs, you'll likely manage that just fine.

But on one visit recently the pads came down to wash after I ordered touch-free. When I brought it up, they took it seriously and sincerely apologized and sent the manager out. Luckily there was no damage, the manager took his time explaining to me the tech didn't hold down the button all the way and he has customers that pull up and remind the tech again they are touch free - annoying but its worth the extra reminder. He gave me a coupon for a free wax. I appreciated how they handled it and now I remind the techs before I enter.

I will not be returning…read more First, you have to choose between dollar amounts. I can't remember the first two amounts but the last two were $9.00 and $12.00. Not sure how much time I would be given (It would be nice if this was posted somewhere.), I chose the $12.00 wash. Turns out that gives 24 minutes, pretty generous. As a matter of fact, I finished washing my Corvette with over 6 minutes to spare. I prefer a payment system that charges me for the minutes I use, but 24 minutes for $12 is really pretty good. Just don't like playing the guessing game and the use it or lose it game. Pressure from all the settings were fine, although the foam brush was a tad bit slower to come out than my experiences with other car washes. But here's the problem, and look at my photos: I hand wash my car using the foam soap from the foam brush. It stained my hands pink! And these photos were even after I tried wiping it off. It also stained the white parts of my expensive shoes. Not happy. It also stained my leg where it splashed up from stepping in it. Fast Orange didn't take it off, rubbing alcohol took much of it off, but not all. Not happy about this. Good thing none of it got on my clothes. Good points about this place is that the bays are clean, in the bay I used, everything worked OK. The payment system is a bit confusing and took me three tries. Using the QR code finally worked. Swiping my card didn't. The first attempt using the QR code didn't work. The payment units in the next bay didn't offer anymore information. There is use of free vacuums and drying cloths as well as window cleaner and towels. Those are all good things, but the pink stain and the payment system is a deal breaker for me. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. My car was in an accident and the trunk wasn't fully sealed. One of the owners gave me a quote and said they could get the trunk sealed. When I came back later in the day to pick up my car, it was in worse condition than when I left it. The trunk was not sealed, it had a hard time opening, there were plastic shavings all over (idk what they were cutting without talking to the customer first?), AND there was a 3in strip of paint that was chipped off along with a little bend in the metal. When I told them that paint damage wasn't there before, they didn't believe me until I proved it with pictures I had luckily taken before. After going back and forth they said they would fix the paint damage and return the car to the condition it was when I brought it in, but I would need to go to a different shop to have the original problem fixed! They told me to come back the next day to pick up my car. After I left, I forgot something in my car so I returned to get it and overheard the owners swearing about me and my car! Also, of course they didn't spend the time or effort needed to fix the paint damage they caused and they only painted the few damaged inches leaving it slightly mismatched from the original paint. Overall, very unprofessional owners, and the work they did made my car worse than when I had originally brought it in.

VALLEY COLLISION REPAIR NIGHTMARE Scary freeway accident:…read moreFront wheel fell off my 2021 Tahoe on the highway, causing massive damage down the whole driver's side. Chose Valley Collision in Draper, UT: based on good online reviews and because State Farm recommended them. Huge mistake! Dangerous "repair" job: Got the car back after a month and $25K repair. First time towing with it, braking yanked us violently side to side and we barely made it home safely. Dashboard lights lit up like a Christmas tree. Incomplete mechanical work: Took it to the dealer, who found missing bolts, loose suspension parts, and incomplete mechanical work that Valley Collision had outsourced to Big-O Tires. Stuck with the bill: Had to shell out $3,800 out of pocket to make the truck safe again because Valley Collision refused to cover the full mechanical damage fix. Taking action: Filing complaints with the BBB and State Farm to try to get them booted off the approved list. They put my family in serious danger!
