    My 3 year old dishwasher needed repair. Patriot was very responsive and came out within a couple…read moreof days. Unfortunately, the part was not available. After a week and 2 calls to them, they said they got the part and would be back out. On the schedule day/time...No show, no call. They did come on the rescheduled day and put in the part. They also said the drain hose needed to be replaced but when it started giving us trouble, they would come back and change it for $75, just the part. After paying $365, we ran the dishwasher 2 times and it was evident it was still not fixed. They came out again and said it was the computer board. Again, needed to be ordered and would cost another $300. Although we contemplated just getting a new one, since we already sunk in the $365, we figured with the $300 we would have a pretty new dishwasher. Since they were coming back I asked if he would replace the drain hose and he said "yes Ma'am". They came, they put in the new parts and drain hose and left with my check for $300. We ran the dishwasher again and you guessed it...not fixed. We stopped payment on the check and called and advised them. They offered to come again but at this point it was clear they did not really know what they were doing. We bought a new dishwasher. Add the almost $400 we gave Patriots, it was a very expensive lesson. Oh, and when the replacement was done...no new drain hose. An out and out lie that it was replaced. I wish I had seen the review on Yelp (1 star) but I just read the ones on Next Door which were good. Lessoned learned. Although in conversations, they were very nice and talked as if they knew what they were doing but unfortunately, they clearly did not. Save yourself 1 1/2 month of time without your appliance and $$$ and call someone else!

And he would order arts then and did not know how long it would take . I ordered a new fridge from Lowes that day , had it delivered . Best 3,000 i ever spent . They were Johnny on the spot to come out a fix any issue I had. I loved them. Boy how times have changed. I bought my sustem from them 5 years ago I think . Anyways. It quit cooling on us so I called in a service call. Curtis came out and sa8d the freon just needed topped off. Folks this is a sealed system, it doesnt use freon or evaporate out. Its sealed.so if its low then there's a leak 100%. It started not cooling again after a few weeks and we noticed our fan running 24/7 non stop weather the system was on or not. He sent one of his techs out and he ordered a circuit board for it that controls the fan among other things.. No call no show for a month. I called back they said the wrong board came in and Curtis had to order another one. Another 2 months went by and mind you my blower fan is still running nonstop 24/7 and not heating or cooling properly. So I called back a 3rd time on this issue, and they're phones were disconnected or something. Didn't pay their bill I guess, now during the ice storm we were freezing to death in our house using electric heaters because our new awesome heat pump unit wasnt doing its job. Finally I get ahold of them after multiple attempts last week. Curtis came out yesterday on the feb18th and replaced the board. Was here 20.minutes and left. Now our blower fan wont come on at all since he replaced the board. So I called the 3 numbers I have for them and YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT, no answer straight to voice mail at their office number the 501547 number. Im.so mad right now. I called a friend of mine that does ac for a living he said to try and turn the fan to on at the thermostat. If it comes on then thats good if it doesnt then either the new board Curtis Instaled is bad or Curtis had blown up our blower fan motor because it took him so long to replace it. So here we are 2-19-26 Thursday and no ac no heat nothing, its 86° in my house right now and im being ghosted by prime air care. They will not answer any calls or text messages. What a way to run a business. Im about fit to be tied with them and about to hire a lawyer over this and demand a full refund of my unit plus more for my insanity they're causing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOULL REGRET IT. THEYRE GREAT AT FIRST TO WIN YOU OVER THEN

I was treated to an award-worthy performance of excuses like... "Sorry, I can't come fix it because I was sick to my stomach" or "I no-called/no-showed because we were busy" or "I got a flat tire". If Curtis doesn't answer your call, just call from another number, I assure you that he will answer but will most definitely have another excuse to deliver. After a month of waiting for the part they came and "fixed it" and the unit remains just as broken as my faith in ever getting a real repair. At this point, I'd rather trust a 12-minute YouTube video with pixelated instructions and an overenthusiastic DIY-er than call this guy again. At least the YouTuber shows up... digitally. Highly recommend if you like paying rent for the privilege of becoming your own maintenance crew. However, I would recommend Carpenter Air at (501) 767-5197. They came in, took one look at the "work" that had been done, and managed not to laugh (out loud). Not only did they explain--without a hint of condescension--how the previous tech/owner failed to do their job correctly, but they FIXED it. Like, actually fixed it. In one visit. With actual tools. Imagine that. They showed up on time, and actually knew what the word "diagnostic" meant. Groundbreaking. So if you're into spending money once and having your A/C actually work afterward, skip the discount cowboys and call Carpenter Air. They turned my HVAC horror story into a cool, breezy dream--and didn't even judge me (much) for trusting the Prime Air. 10/10, would let them rescue me from A/C hell again.
