WOW! That's how we felt when Tyler Briggs showed up to look at our A/C unit on Tuesday! We had left…read morea message on the Paschal website on Monday night. We had granddaughters over for a few nights and no air upstairs for them. Tyler found the problem and got the unit running temporarily for them. He then got parts ordered and today, Thursday, got the unit completely repaired. We have never had such an incredibly quick response time in all our years in the Hot Springs area! And he was so nice, too. We've signed up for routine maintenance on our units at a very reasonable cost (we tried to set that up with other companies but they always forgot us!). Do not use Service Solutions in Sheridan!!!! Took 4 months to get a bill that was NOT postmarked…read moreand obviously hand delivered to my mailbox since it had the wrong city on it. Turned me over to collections which the invoice they sent me was returned because of incorrect address so collections called me. Told them the situation and I was going to speak with them. Personally went to the office in Sheridan with non postmarked invoice someone from their company put in my mailbox. Asked for an adjustment due to their incompetence of sending a timely invoice. Was told they would pull me out of collections, talk to owner about adjustment, call me and resend an invoice and took down my correct address. Needless to say they did NOT pull me out of collections, sent an invoice for the full amount 566.93 that my insurance would have paid since it was a busted pipe in my house that American Leak Detection found. However, waiting 4 months to hand deliver an invoice to my mailbox my claim had already been closed. So I am stuck with a 566.93 bill that would have been covered under my insurance claim. The lady in the office was rude when speaking with her. Ya know it is a federal offense to put something in someone's mailbox that isn't delivered by the post office!!!! I would NOT recommend this company at all!!!!

I have now had the pleasure of using every service from CITY, they have been the go to for all my…read moreneeds it seems. I had many air conditioning companies come out when I found these folks, everyone else said I had to replace, these guys took the time to see that the system luckily still had parts available and got me up and running, they replaced all my ductwork and saved me a small fortune. I was adding a bathroom in my over 100yr old home and I couldn't even get a plumber to actually show up. CITY showed up fast and worked along side me to create the layout that made sense, moving my water heater, washer and dryer as well as adding a sink, toilet, and shower and let me tell you Victor and team did no disappoint on what was a tough job Now I had them come out and set my house up with a gas line and they again showed up and did great work.
