I lived there for a over a year. This past Thanksgiving I saw a mouse. I reported it to the office…read moreand they had maintenance come and put down sticky traps. It caught 5 mice. Then the exterminator come he put down bait boxes. I came home that evening and found 2 dead mice in the living room. Over the next couple of months I found 20 more. It was so gross and they just kept coming. I asked if anyone else had them and was told unless the other tenants reported it they wouldn't know. There was so much mouse poop in the apartment it was disgustingl. I asked to get out my lease and told I could. I started looking for a new apartment and found one. Prior to my leaving I found a least 10 more. They never exterminated the building. They only did the ones that had reported seeing mice. I have to say that was ridiculous. How would they ever get rid of them. I also experienced a terrible time with my upstairs neighbor. He was obnoxious. Played music so loud it shook my apartment. He would start around 9 pm and it would go on for hours. They did talk to him but he did this continuously. Then he would get drunk and yell at his girlfriend for hours. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The rent is cheap but the building is run down and loaded with mice.

Shockingly it was less than I anticipated. The deposit was paid and everything was ordered. Sunday Kevin, his daughter, and another gentleman came out and started setting up the lights. After 18 hours (13 hours Sunday, 5 hours today) the lights are done! They are seamlessly installed and when they're off you can't even tell they are there! They also were able to do lights on the gazebo! Kevin and his crew did an amazing job and we are so happy with the results! Even mom is happy and she's hard to impress!
