Prudential did a terrible job and for over a year half of my units didn't get rented and they were not very communicative on what was going on and did a horrible job at managing paperwork and properties. When I tried to market them to get rented they got angry with me. Robert Vowell took over my properties 1.5 years ago and turned them around and they are actually now making money and I am considering building more units. His paper work is impeccable and he is extremely responsive to issues on the property. I couldn't do a better job if I lived on the premises. Thanks for saving my properties you are a life saver.
