He was upset that my wife and I have had to contact him on numerous occasions about the conduct of the tenants that he leased homes to in my neighborhood. I have had to contact the Cabot Police about loud music and physical altercations they were involved in. My 17 year old daughter witnessed the fight from her bedroom window and was terrified. He requested in an unprofessional manner that I and my wife should not contact his office about any of his tenants in the future. Totally unprofessional individual.

Prudential did a terrible job and for over a year half of my units didn't get rented and they were not very communicative on what was going on and did a horrible job at managing paperwork and properties. When I tried to market them to get rented they got angry with me. Robert Vowell took over my properties 1.5 years ago and turned them around and they are actually now making money and I am considering building more units. It's hard to get a hold of Holly, you can only speak to Amanda in the office. Not very apologetic when they screw up and it's like they are doing YOU a favor by allowing them to manage your property. She had already had a full day showing houses to someone else. Great service. We instantly liked her and felt she was so knowledgeable and knew where to get info if she didn't know the answers. She never has left us hanging. We put an offer on a home a couple of weeks later and because of the sellers and their realtor ended in termination. Shelly felt so bad for us and promised to help us find something else. Shelly is really an amazing real estate agent. She cares about her clients and their families.
