She did less than the bare minimum of the work required. She appointed a lawyer who had the same work ethic. What could have been resolved in a matter of a few months was dragged out for almost 2 years. The cost to me for this delay was close to 40k. The police report she ordered per my request ( it had to be her who ordered it) sat so long at the station waiting for her to pick up it was sent back because it was never picked up. It took her 16 months have my aunts taxes done, could have been done in a day. It was a simple probate but this woman and her lawyer complicated and delayed every step of the way. When I would ask her for specific dates when things would get done I would get excuses or she would take that opportunity to "minister" to me. When I would question the delays she told me to "dig deep" and " be patient". She promised me from the begining she would give me a break on the costs, yet on the day of the final hearing, she demanded the maximum payment be paid to them THAT day. The lawyer she appointed tried to get the payment amount to them raised and my lawyer challenged it asking they prove they spent more than 10 hours total on this case, they could not (over a 2 year period)! However because of the structure of probate they did get away with me having to pay the max, even though they did the barest minimum. I would not recommend this woman or company if you want quality, quick, expert , straight forward or inexpensive help with anything legal.

The process didn't work at all and it was so bad that we decided to do it ourselves. It didn't take long for the anxiety over which colors to choose and where to put them became too much and we were calling Lynn to bail us out. Lynn litterally saved the day and calmed our fears when she came over to the house on short notice and explained with deep expertise the impact of applying colors and shades to the many various trim features of a victorian home. She created a palate based on what we liked and offered a few options that all worked well together. She chose a few colors I would never have guessed would look good with the palate and it turned out amazing. Lynn created a map showing exactly which colors should be applied where on the house, greatly improving communicate with the painters and ultimately making for a very smooth process. It was so surprising to me to see how different they look and much the colors change, when they are actually applied to the house. The color they sit next to might be the biggest factor. We adjusted slightly in a few areas when making final decisions with the painter, and Lynn was very responsive to follow-up questions and confirmations.

Though more known for her work on interiors/exteriors/furniture, she did an amazing job; custom designing & sizing the stencils to the proper proportion for the coat, cutting & then actualizing the design in various tones of metallic paint. I've heard stenciling on silk velvet is no picnic, but her results were just jaw-droppingly stunning. I was awash in a sea of compliments (and also for the coat's couture designer Kathleen Crowley). If you are lucky enough to work with Lynne, you will appreciate her wealth of experience, imagination, wit & (especially) her stellar craft. Check out her website for beautiful examples. Her schedule is always packed as she is in high demand around the country. If you've got a project and want the best, patience is a virtue. She will not disappoint.
