My coworker's meal had warm eggs sitting right on top of the cold potatoes, which made it obvious they hadn't even tried to heat them. To make matters worse, by 8:30 AM, it already felt like breakfast was over. Everything out on display was for lunch. It seemed the staff was far more focused on prepping delivery orders (likely for the nearby airport) than helping the customers standing right in front of them. Another big issue: one of the orders came with French toast, but when I got back to the office, I discovered there was no syrup--or any condiments at all--just one fork and two napkins. That's simply unacceptable. This place used to be great: good food, fast service, and a reliable breakfast spot. Sadly, that's no longer the case. The quality and service have gone way downhill.
