Took my dog here just for a nail trim. It was dirty, the animals were kept in a basement with no…read morelight. The smell was horrific. The front of the building smells like urine. That tells me they're not truly walking the dogs, but letting them pee out front. There's often feces around that area. I will never take another pet there. Not even for something as simple as a nail trim. We call it Piss Palace.

The staff greeted my dog so warmly and made me feel really secure about leaving him there. I had asked them to cut his nails while he was with them (as cute as my dog is he is extremely anxious when it comes to nail cutting). He greeted me after his stay with awesome looking nails and seemed so happy to have stayed there! He also didn't smell terrible at all which has been an issue with other dog boarding places.
